Øbsidiaän is a duo project formed by the Mexican-born, Barcelona-based artists Hector Tlaseca and Yves Del Rio.

They produce their own music which they perform live as well as delivering solid and consistent DJ sets, where they explore sounds, rhythms and textures ranging from Ambient to Techno.

As part of their sonic exploration, they also run the label “Feinkost Records” aiming to give an outlet to like-minded artists with a serious proposal in music making.

Trippy atmospheres combined with soothing ambient techno tracks are to be expected from this selection, where the artists portray a high diversity of tracks and emotions.

Silent Servant is the primary pseudonym of California electronic artist Juan Mendez, who produces techno with a heavy post-punk/industrial influence. He first began releasing material as Silent Servant during the mid-2000s, when he was a key member of the influential techno collective Sandwell District. Following numerous well-received underground singles, he made a major impact on the techno world with Negative Fascination, his acclaimed 2012 full-length debut. Following Mendez's co-founding of the Jealous God label in 2013, as well as several singles and collaborations with the likes of Marcel Dettmann and Phase Fatale, Silent Servant released his second album, the more overtly EBM-influenced Shadows of Death and Desire, in 2018.  2023 sees Mendez continuing to Play the US and Europe, New releases On L.I.E.S., Tresor and maintaining his sixth year of the Optimistic Decay radio show on NTS.

This edition of The Bunker Podcast comes from @camillealtay (they/them), a visual artist, composer and DJ who lives and works in Climax, New York. 

Camille spent formative years as a drum and bass dj in the house-heavy rave scene in Chicago in the late 90s. A contrarian in nature, Camille has been known to play genre-bending dj sets with influences ranging from Cumbia to Ghettotech. Camille’s live sets lean toward the spiraling, runaway arpeggiations of synth music in its initial stages of identity crisis - whether to emulate real instruments, or subversively carve a path towards unnamed and evolving shapes of space and identity. Camille has a recent release on the The Bunker’s long-form sub label Going In, is a founding member of of the group Birds of Prey (Kathexis Records, Mysteries of the Deep), and collaborates with LA artist Israel Vines under the moniker CAIV, with the most recent release Dwellers EP out on Tresor Records.

The name consists of four Chinese characters, each of which describes the sound of water flowing.
Waveforms can be the pieces of music that make up music, but they can also be how water appears to your vision.
