American singer-songwriter, born Jaten Collin Dimsdale, known for his soulful voice and genre-blending music that incorporates R&B, soul, country, and pop. He gained fame by posting popular song covers on YouTube, which led to his major-label debut single in 2020, and the release of his 2023 debut album, I've Tried Everything but Therapy (Part 1). Raised in Conyers, Georgia, Swims grew up surrounded by diverse musical influences, from his father's soul music collection to his own experiences in various bands.
