Receptor One of the label's main artists, he has been playing for over 4 years, he began his career as a professional dj in Decibel Academy (Intelligent Division) in Medellin, Colombia. He's characterised by letfield and deep techno sound.

His technique had given him the pleasure to perform along side international artists like Bas Mooy, Antigone, Kwartz, Antonio De Angelis, Michel Lauriola, Alfredo Mazzilli and XHEI . He has been playing alongside national artists like Launaea, Gotshell, Daza, Andres Gaviria, Arvak Live, Jose Monsalve, Magdalena Solo among others. 

All this trajectory gave him the opportunity to be the resident of Seis Bar in Manizales, Colombia and to perform in clubs like Kowell Club in Manizales, Colombia and Loop Club. He is now working on his project under the moniker "ECLECTICAL" that it will be release on Seis Records.

@axis_operandi - Dj, producer and promoter based in Warsaw. Co-creator of music platform and event series Biotechnologia (Biotechnology). Through Biotechnologia and his Dj sets he looking for a balance between deep, ambient techno and broken beats. Psychedelic, tribal, spacey, trancey, acid and dreamy sounds - these are sounds that he interested in. Through events that he promoted and own mixes he try to convince the listeners that mixes based on techno do not have to darkly or brutal but they could have a colorful pallete of emotions and beats.

Trip#6: Axis Operandi

More than pleased to welcome producer/Dj & artist Minjoon, based in Korea. Minjoon displays a mix between deep, subterranean, pretty dark sound at times  traversed by more luminous strokes. This gives his audience the feeling of being pulled into a dark tale with sonic doors opening on rooms filled up with sun. This contrast transpires more in his sets whereas his techno prods have a more direct approach. It's this tension created by seemingly opposed ideas/concepts (familiar Versus Unfamiliar and in his own words, ambiguity of colors when it comes to visual work) that form his current signature, aside from a strong interest for primitive sounds. 

"To me, the word 'primitive techno' is based on the primitive senses of humans. Literally, rythms that can be found in folk cultures, such as traditional korean instruments, Mongolian traditional 'Humei' sound, or ancient Nordic chants. It englobes both the magical and dark sensibilities inherent to 'modern electronic techno' ". 

Minjoon also works as a designer/artist & podcast curator for Artscope. After releasing on Charybdis, KVLTÖ, Artscope (...) he keeps exploring and developing his vision. Thank you Minjoon for your dedicated work <3 We wish you all a nice trip :-)

"Since 2017, Minjoon has been fascinated by the joining of his painting awareness and primitive techno. His theme is to find an ambiguous balance based on the extreme paradoxes of 'Unfamiliar familiar. Ambiguous colors are not a visual sense, but appeal to another sense of energy.
Minjoon is also currently working as a designer/artist at Artscope. After his first debut EP in 2021, he's been continuously developing his sound".

Fabrizio Lapiana [Only Vinyl] joins for DifferentSound Podcast #115.

Fabrizio Lapiana is an italian DJ, producer and a founder of Attic Music, based in Rome. He started his career as a Dj back in 1994, influenced mainly by the early 90's sound of Rome and Detroit as well by the first european pioneers of electronic music. In his DJ sets, Fabrizio makes a precise and intimate techno flow that seduces the dancefloor mixing new and old vinyls range from deep, intricate techno, through an acid and groovy darkness with some melodic gems along the way. With his label “Attic Music”, founded in 2008, Fabrizio grow up his sound combining deep aesthetics and techno grooves often allowing ambient or industrial elements. To remember also the strong collaboration with Max_M on his M_Rec 10'' series in 2014, that showed his most emotional view of techno. His performances in Rome as well in some of the finest wordwide clubs are a way to offer his right vibrations in the techno scene in the last years: the energy created by Fabrizio's sets worth living!

Lindsey Wang, the mind behind Polygonia, is a versatile musician and artist based in Munich, Germany. A long time before her electronic music journey began, she explored the realms of several acoustic instruments intensively. This skill combined with studies of various other art forms, inspired the artist to translate her understanding of rhythm, composition and experimentalism into the digital
music language.

Her sound identity is driven by a mystic, deep and organic character which is enriched with acoustic elements built into the genres of deep techno, downtempo and ambient.
Polygonia already released her music on several labels like Lowless, Jazz-o- Tech, On Board Music, Lett Records, Alexandar and more. She expresses herself in various ways through Live- and DJ-Sets. Her audio color palette covers a huge spectrum from calm and harmonic sounds to polyrhythmic dark grooves.

Together with Dycide and MTRL she founded the ambient and deep techno label
IO.

Sound researcher in the studio, chaos creator on the dancefloor our next podcast comes from @d-leria aka Giuseppe who started his DJ carrier over 20 years ago in 2001. In the early stages, he was focused on playing Hardcore, achieving international success, and playing at performing at major festival lineups. In 2014 he encountered a new and unfamiliar sound realizing that this was what he had long been desiring. D-Leria was born from this experimentation and started a whole new journey. At first, he began releasing independent EP's that developed the intentions of his very own label called Delirio. Artists such as Stanislav Tolkackev, Simone Giudice, Retina.it, Key Clef, and more were all hosted on several occasions on his label; all there to spread the same message, hard groove on vinyl. In September 2017 he moved to Berlin to find new ideas and to develop his album "Driving to Nowhere" which took him five years but became his most memorable work yet. The sound immediately gained the attention of many artists such as Shifted, Donato Dozzy, Svreca, Neel, Marco Shuttle, Reeko, Psyk, Refracted, and many more. Furthermore, this paved the way for his later recordings on labels such as Avian, Semantica, Non Series, Camera Magmatica, Aura Dinamica, and more which have given him international recognition for D-Leria.

Martyn Päsch continues to rise in the Global Scene of Electronic Music.

In his work as a producer, we can find a wide range of styles varying from Deep Techno, Experimental, Ambient and Abstract Sounds of Techno.

In the beginning of 2018, he started his own record label called KVLTÖ RECORDS, focused on Deep Techno, Ambient, Experimental, Hypnotic and Techno sounds.

Since this moment he is working very ambitious on various projects, collaborations and other intentions in which Martyn Päsch not only seeks for musical diversity, but also aims to excite and at best give the recipient food for thought and dream.

Artista Techno de la ciudad de Manizales, Colombia; inicia su carrera como dj profesional en la Academia Decibel (Intelligent Division) en la ciudad de Medellín, Colombia; regresa a su ciudad natal donde empieza a trabajar de la mano de Seis Records. Posteriormente en Diciembre del 2021 tuvo su release debut a través de la plataforma Alemana Postdynamic.

Durante su trayectoria, ha tenido la oportunidad de compartir cabina con artistas internacionales como: Bas Mooy, Antigone, Kwartz, Antonio de Angelis, Michel Lauriola, Alfredo Mazilli, Adriana López, Polygonia, Rrose.

Eclectical, is a DJ and producer born in the city of Manizales, Colombia. He works as a member of the record label Seis Records and stands out for his excellent technique and his experimental sound, with a strong and deep character that always seeks to generate a strong connection with the listener.
His first release as a producer was under the Postdynamic Records platform with VA that sought to showcase emerging artists around the world. 
He contributed to platforms like Crescent London, Outer Dimension, Medellinstyle, The Godmother Podcast, Seis Records Podcast and shared the stage with artists such as Bas Mooy, Xhei, Antigone, Kwartz, Launaea, Eduardo de la Calle, Adriana Lopez, Rrose, Polygonia and Paula Koski.
Lately he founded the collective 'Parametric Reflections' which stands for high-quality dance music, divserse booking and amazing parties, which colombia is known for!

Juan David Idarraga Cardona A.K.A RECEPTOR born in the city of Manizales Colombia, showed from an early age a taste in Electronic music digging deeper into styles like minimal techno. After finishing his studies as a professional DJ, he returned to his place of birth and officially then started his project. His style and taste goes from dub to leftfield techno. He is associated with Seis Records and Wicked Entity, a well known local collective and there he quickly became one of the most representative DJ´s from his city. RECEPTOR has shared the booth with big artists such as: Bass Mooy (Mord), Antonio de Angelis, Michel Lauriola, Antigone, Marla Singer, Xhei (Under Club), Kwartz (Pole Group), among other local and national artists. He is currently working on his 1st EP with Seis Records.

Su estilo y gusto musical van desde el dubtechno hasta el leftield techno. Logra vincularse a Seis Records y Wicked Entity un colectivo de techno local de gran trayectoria y rápidamente entra a formar parte de la lista de los artistas techno mas representativos de su ciudad. RECEPTOR a compartido cabina con grandes Artistas Internacionales como: Bass Mooy (Mord), Antonio de Angelis, Michel Lauriola, Antigone, Marla Singer, Xhei (Under Club), Kwartz (Pole Group) Entre otros grandes artistas de la escena local y nacional. Receptor Actualmente se encuentra preparando su primer EP Para el Sello Seis Records.
