What is Locomotion?
Locomotion is about DJ artistry, the creative process & storytelling with music. Every month, I invite someone for an all-night b2b DJ set and we go on a journey of spiritual grooves & futuristic rides, making you move like crazy.

The long set time allows us to play long tracks, not shying away from those 8-12min tracks, moving through emotions & genres like there are no boundaries.

Lefto is a purest when it comes to digging and seeking for music, be it new or old. Over the years he has built a following based upon his tasteful, abstract selections which join the dots between Funk, Jazz, New Beat, House, Hip Hop and beyond.

His new album is titled ‘Motherless Father’ and is his most accomplished piece of work to date – cementing his presence as a versatile, well rounded artist who can craft a narrative through sound.

Over the years Lefto has collaborated with the likes of Virgil Abloh, Flying Lotus, Floating Points and Theo Parrish amongst others.

The record was released on Gilles Peterson’s Bronswood Recordings and this mix comes off the back of similar influences and perspectives which informed the record.

D.D. Curry is a Thai-American producer, DJ, label owner and Voices Radio resident. Based in London with frequent visits to his old Brooklyn haunts, Curry loves to rock parties in a style informed by classic American house and techno, UK garage, and textural leftfield sounds (with the occasional yacht rock or soul cut thrown in). As co-founder of the Fortune Signal label, he’s dedicated to supporting new voices and underground labels from around the world.

D.D. Curry is a London-based dance music producer/DJ who came up in the NYC scene before relocating to the UK in 2022. He co-owns the club-focused Brooklyn label @fortunesignal as well as his own eclectic dance label @workingrhythms. His first release, ‘Give Some EP’ - a collaboration with @panooc_music - received support from Logic1000, Nikki Nair, and Ben Gomori, and had tracks included on Logic1000's Mixmag Presents compilation. Curry's solo debut, 'Resolve EP,' was released on @Y4Collective in September 2022. 

New EP 'Take Me Away' is out now on Working Rhythms Records and includes a remix by Kyle Louis.
