 MUSIC IS LIFE, Without music the world would be a sad place! Language began when our ancestors started imitating the natural sounds around them. The first speech was onomatopoeic--marked by echoic words such as moo, meow, splash, cuckoo, and bang.(singing language) I've always been fascinated by the way music stirs the body and the mind simultaneously."The rise and fall of the voice when inspired by feeling gave birth… to poetry, music and language." If that's true, the evidence must be inside our heads; there must be neural pathways that are shared between the two faculties.
   A consensus seems to be emerging that our whole experience of being conscious and relating to our fellow human beings has a musical quality - "If you take the music out of being human, you're not left with very much."    Music connects the whole world together, its just a shame it doesn't make peace world wide. The word music means 'of the Muses', the Muses being the custodians and patrons of the arts in ancient Greek mythology. I love ALL music hence my DJ name Missy llaneous!

Hello there! I'm Ron Elliot,  an electronic music creator, DJ + sound designer with a passion for all things music. With over 10 years in the industry, I've been manoeuvring around from genre to genre, but I’d like to call to myself a house music guy.

Based in Haarlem, Netherlands, I've had the privilege of releasing my music on labels such as Extended Play, Shall Not Fade, and Monki & Friends + VSN World. And in 2019, I was honored to win the AVA emerging producer competition.

When I'm not busy creating, you can find me dancing really badly at a party or lost in the realms of Middle-earth (I may or may not be a bit of a Lord of the Rings fanatic). I hope my music transports you to new worlds.
