About us:
Der Kick The Flame Musikverlag bietet sowohl etablierten Künstlern als auch Newcomern das volle Spektrum musikverlegerischer Services. Von Administration über die aktive Vermittlung von Kompositionen an Tonträgerhersteller, Film- und Werbeproduzenten (über unsere Plattform audiovisor) bis hin zu einer individuellen Künstlerberatung in allen Fragen des Musikbusiness leistet der Verlag all das, was Musikautoren suchen. Auf dem hauseigenen Label werden Tonträger und Notenausgaben veröffentlicht. Der Verlag wurde 2006 gegründet und betreut einen genre-übergreifenden Katalog von 3000 Originalwerken. Gründer Rajk Barthel ist Mitglied in den Verbänden VUT und DMV sowie GEMA-Delegierter der angeschlossenen und außerordentlichen Musikverleger.

The first time i made music (without knowing it), was when i walked from school to our home, and with my tongue and mouth i made strange sounds only i could hear, in order to add some drum-fills or some variety to the underlying 2/2 beat of my feet just walking. 
Maybe the first drumkit ever. Humans walking, dividing time into a repeatable pattern of 2 steps. And then, in the evening, right next to the bonfire, they were singing the storys of their journey, about their losses
and their great hunting sucesses, still having that beat in their bones. one-two-one-two...


Play the music loud, through a good system or headphones, and unbiased. That gives the artists the chance to present their work in a proper manner, and will also give you the best experience as a listener. Some stuff is the result of months or even years of sweat and tears, passion, doubt, hard work, love and fears. So even if you don't give me any money, give me at least the certainty that it wasn't in vain, and take a good listen.

Mit einer verspielten Mischung aus sphärischen Harmonien, psychedelischen Drive und kalten Noiseanklängen zelebrieren // Contra Solaris // die Freiheit improvisierter Musik. Dabei scheut das Quartett aus Gitarre, Keyboard, Schlagzeug und Oboe keine Inkonventionalität, um dem Tanz zwischen filigranen Klangspiel und mächtigen Notengewitter Ausdruck zu verleihen.

Bio:
Member of Rhythmusgiganten collective. 
Inspired by many journeys around the world and all kinds of live music, the sound reflects experiences that have been made and tries to overcome boundaries, where there shouldn’t be any. It ranges from slowhouse, over oriental melodies to Latin American rhythms, mixed with some deep features, Disco and everything that grooves and is supposed to create a journey that travels around the world.
