“No Turning Back, Body & Soul’s new album, is a Pop album with touches to different music genres. On the album are songs with country- and soul influences but also the gospel- and latin sound are to heard: From ballads to swinging salsa, from rocking guitars to jazzy harmonies.

The album “No Turning Back”, also the title of one of the songs, tells you a story about a big change in your life. Where you might have been bullied in the past (“Bullies”) and lost faith in yourself, now the time has come to choose YOU (“Head Held High”, “Who Am I”, “Leaving”). “No Turning Back” ends with, as Singer Mark Stouwdam Stouwdam says, ‘a thank you to the people who helped me in the search to my true self’.

The goal is to look forward. Be happy with who you are, and choose those people around you that makes you happy (“NYC, “Covered IN Blue”).
