The long lost son has returned to the mothership! Or at least, that's how it feels now that we have Arjuna Schiks back on one of Manual Music's labels. The prolific Amsterdam based producer has mostly been absent from the scene for quite a bit, focussing on other musical projects and endeavors, but he's been incredibly active in the studio over the last couple of years and we're happy to welcome him back.

The release of 'Homestayer' is a good start, as this has been one of Arjuna's well sought after tracks. He has been including this one in his live sets for many years and now this beautiful little gem finally sees the light of day with a well deserved release on Manual Deep!

BIOGRAPHY

Pakk began his journey in the world of production back in 2018 at the 
legendary @beatfreak-recordings label and together with EdOne they published  “Alhambra EP”, which quickly positioned itself on the sales charts. 

Thomas  Gandey and @dizharmoniaofficial are in charge of doing the remixes to give a leap in  quality to the release.

In 2020, again accompanied by EdOne, he publishes his second EP "Madness Dose / Dangerous" on one of the best labels on the scene, @selador-recordings. 

Artists of the stature of @alicanmusic and @nanduofficial are responsible for making the 
remixes that will later be reproduced at a wide variety of events and 
recognized worldwide.

He is currently immersed in the artistic development of @surrrealism, a label 
he co-founded and co-owns with @edonemusic.

He has produced events in Guadalajara (Mexico), Mar del Plata (Argentina), Madrid and Alicante.

Back on Stil vor Talent after contributing a banging remix to Oliver Koletzki and Fritz Kalbrenner's 'Heart on Hold' a few months ago, Bulgarian producer Pavel Petrov turns in his debut solo transmission for us, 'Parallel'. Comprised of two cuts that give full vent to his epic-sized vision and monumental buildups, Petrov's newest bridges the gap between frontal sonic assault and a sensorially effervescing sound design. As cascades of pumped up Italo arpeggios and languid pads mingle in a cosmic symphony of sorts, 'Parallel' opens up a portal to some unknown clubbing dimension, where a brooding, near-dystopian atmosphere crosses swords with hypermodern EBM brutalism and grime-informed vox sampling. A further straightforward, acid-oriented roller, the second track 'C0smica' has us nodding our heads to a crisp deluge of liquid bass and neon-splattered electro vibrancy, ready to take on any dance floor with its inch-perfect combo of retro-laced imagery and sci-fi-indebted kinetics.
