I'm an aspiring musician, looking to just make my mark in the music world, love me or hate me. my stage name is Leroy Hectangle and I perform as SportyMordey when Djing, and Best believe bring you what some of the hottest tracks and realest rap on this side of the galaxy.

Barely Vertical's journey into the world of music began at a young age. Growing up surrounded by various genres, his passion for electronic music took root starting with bands like Big Audio Dynamite, The Shamen, and more. Influenced by a diverse range of artists and genres, Barely Vertical developed a unique and eclectic style that sets him apart in a world of look-a-like djs.

Barely Vertical has an exceptional ability to seamlessly blend different musical elements into a cohesive and captivating soundscape. Whether its fusing deep house and dub techno or infusing melodic grooves with acid basslines, his sets are an exhilarating sonic voyage that keeps dancefloors packed and people dancing.

His primary love is to DJ and is known for his epic 4 hour daybreak sets. His newer live performances have melded downtempo and acid into a unique sound that can only be described as that point when the walls start to shimmer.

Building the momentum and taking the masses on a connected journey, telling his story, Virgil never loses sight of what's truly important when he plays and dances.
