Your track is amazing. That is a trip. Can you compare with other synths you do own? I have a Solaris, PEK, CS80, Andromeda and I'm planning to buy new beast. Prophet-12/Pro2/Modulus... don't know.

The Funk Police BC

A composer of original music, Kalin Ivanov (www.reverbnation.com/kalin) works both independently and in collaboration with other artists. Beyond Rites (www.reverbnation.com/beyondritesproject) is a project with a Bulgarian singer bringing together an unusual mix of vocals and ambient compositions while his individual work combines electronic and soundtrack influences. Kalin has recently completed a soundtrack for a hypnotherapy CD.

'Solar Pulse' uses the 002 as the backbone of the track supported by Access Virus TI2 Polar, Nord Lead 3, Waldorf Blofeld, Korg Radias and Moog Slim Phatty. The 002 is used for the main arpeggios and sequences, most of the effects (noise) and some of the pads.  The 002 arpeggios are linked by midi to sounds from other synths as this gives more flexibility.

Melody and modular synths seems rare sometimes, so I sat and put this patch together. I decided to make something that felt warm when you close your eyes with headphones on.

The bass pad is the Intellijel Atlantis, with a bit of PWM, the lead the Furthrrr Generator with a small amount of mod on the fold into the terminal in filter mode.
Finally everything passes into the clouds in Delay mode with reverb.

The sequence was all tapped in on the yarns without a keyboard at 65bpm then played live. 

What you hear is what came out normallised, nothing else, from a tascam tiny field recorder plugged into the headphone jack.
