Huerta inaugurates his new R&R imprint with TV Slang LP. Existing in a world away from the club, Huerta picks up where his debut album Junipero left off. Intended primarily as an immersive home-listening experience, TV Slang explores rhythmic moods and ambient soundscapes: combining traces of deep house, downtempo, and a suggestion of breakbeat flavors. Partially recorded back in 2019 and subsequently completed in 2022, TV Slang is the first release on R&R, a sub-label of Leizure focused on exploring more nuanced and eclectic sounds outside the rigid framework of dance music.

This is the third release on the “For Playful Manners” label presenting a split record by Gwenan Spearing from Whales, living in Berlin, who is an algorithmic coder during the day and a dj and producer by night. Gwenan loves techno and she is presenting on For Playful Manners 03 her first club music compositions (and there are plenty more to follow!). The two other tracks are from Camiflage who is based in Brussels/Belgium and is a movie animator during weekdays and a
producer, label owner (Snaretrade Records) and dj during the wee wee hours of the weekend.

Foxloe is originally from France, and Judy Free (formally Bamzel) from New Zealand have now come together over a shared love of music.

 Broadcasting monthly on Friday mornings, (for those in the Southern Hemisphere & Thursday evenings for those in The northern) they will be joined by different guests and will play a variety of downtempo, hip-hop, deep house, and tech house. They will also discuss the European music scene, club culture and share Favourite spots to check out.
