She expresses to Raja Shivnabh that Guru Ji has rescued her from her immoral ways and affirms that Guru Nanak Dev Ji is the authentic Guru.

It is said that if one listen to the history of the lives of all 10 Gurus through these texts with complete devotion and faith, they can reach enlightenment.

Guru Ji uncovers a Laal (uncut valuable gem) and gives it to Bhai Mardana Ji. In a hopeless state, Bhai Mardana Ji continues to complain - unknowing of the plans Guru Ji has for him in the city of Bishanbharpur.
