When it comes to Hardstyle, it’s impossible to argue the fact that any artist has had a bigger impact on the genre than Headhunterz. From the moment his first records were released, his unique melodic and energetic take on the genre sparked a new movement within the international music scene. A rise unparalleled, Headhunterz continues to take Hardstyle to new heights. 

Willem Rebergen, better known as Headhunterz, kicked off his DJ career over a decade ago. A visit to Qlimax 2003 lit a spark in Willem, leading to an uncontrollable wildfire, as he dedicated himself to becoming the best producer in the genre. His originals, as well as the album he made with Wildstylez under the Project One moniker, redefined the hardstyle sound of the late 2000’s. Headhunterz’ new take on hardstyle music made the genre grow into an international phenomenon and become something worldly. 

From 2014-2017, Headhunterz took on a new challenge and found himself headlining major festivals like Ultra Music Festival, Coachella and EDC, making him explore the boundaries of his own, musical imagination and discover new parts of the world as well as different territories within the electronic dance scene. Though it did trigger his creativity, Willem became homesick, missing his beloved hardstyle scene. In 2017, in front of 60,000 ecstatic fans who thought they had lost their hero, he announced his comeback to hardstyle at Defqon.1. With open arms, the community embraced him, as he travelled the world to celebrate his return with fans, old and new. It took him to 125 performances across 34 countries in 2018 alone, a journey which inspired him to create ‘The Return of Headhunterz’, an album that tied past, present and future together. Surpassing 15 million streams on Spotify, the album – along with his No. 28 position in the 2018 DJ Mag Top 100, showed that, no matter the adventures Headhunterz would undertake, he’ll always find a warm welcome in his home base.

The album also marked the launch of a new label – ART OF CREATION, with his colleague Wildstylez. A creative and dynamic platform that bridges the gap between music makers and community. At the same time, Headhunterz relaunched the HARD with STYLE Podcast, recorded live from a brand new studio, with state-of-the-art equipment and sound. This is where new Headhunterz music comes to life, plans to conquer new territory for his tribe are forged and the one thing reigns that will always remain Headhunterz’ greatest achievement; the music from within.

VALHALLA is a House & Techno DJ/Producer from Fife, Scotland. His passion for music led him to learn the art of DJing at the young age of 11. A year later, he began teaching himself how to produce electronic music.

In 2020, VALHALLA launched Groove Shack Records, earning support from the likes of Fatboy Slim and releasing music from top artists artists like Gunjack, Sandro M., Hans Bouffmyhre,  MarAxe & Jon10. The label also gained airplay on BBC Introducing and BBC Radio 6.

VALHALLA's album DNA topped the Norwegian iTunes charts, coming in at #1 in Techno Albums & #29 in Techno Albums in the UK.
The album's House single, House of Tribe, was also featured on Spotify's own editorial playlists, Friday Crate Diggers and Dance Rising.
In 2022, VALHALLA’s remix of Get A Little Deeper by The Rhythmic State hit #4 on the UK and #22 on the German iTunes Techno charts.

In 2024, he debuted his Hybrid Live set at Rezerection: The Homecoming at Ingliston Royal Highland Centre—the venue of his first big rave, marking a full circle moment in his journey.

VALHALLA regularly lands in Beatport’s Top 100, with Acid Storm reaching #9 on the Techno (Raw/Deep/Hypnotic) chart in December 2024.
His music has gained support from DJ Rush, Judge Jules, Mauro Picotto,  The Southern, Alex Di Stefano, Sonique, StoneBridge and many more. He also hosted The Residency on Beat 106 Scotland until the station closed on July 1, 2025.

"Bass Generator" is a Dj, based in Newcastle (UK), famed for being at the forefront of the 1990's Scottish Hardcore scene.
He started Dj'ing in 1987, produced his first record in 1989 starting the label "Bass Generator Records" in 1990. Became resident dj for the legendary Rezerection in Newcastle in 1991 then stormed into the Scottish scene in 1992.
Secured bookings and residencies at the almost all of top Hardcore events in the U.K. from the small clubs to the massive outdoor allnighters.
Started "Judgement Day" events in 1993 and released the anthem "The Event".
Adding the help of Scott Brown's early releases: (Lord of Hardcore/Genetik), Bass Generator Records went on to release over 40 singles up to 1997.
Selling over 1 million mix tapes, Dj'ing at over 1500 events and setting an un-official world record of Dj'ing at 7 events in 1 night, Bass Generator was the #1 Dj in the 1990's Scottish Hardcore scene.
When the Hardcore scene died off in 2000 rather than try to re-invent himself as a Trance or Techno Dj, he stuck to his harder roots so didn't get out much in 2001-2003.
In 2004 the new "OldSkool" nights started to become more and more popular and by 2006 had grown to capacity crowds of 8000+ at the re-born Fantazia events.
He had become more and more disillusioned with the music he was expected to play at these events, mixing in new Uk Hardcore and Gabber into the OldSkool sounds he was famed for wasn't working for him and the Hardstyle tracks he loved were simply too slow to mix into what everyone else on the line up were playing.
In 2007 he decided to take a bold step and stop playing Hardcore and concentrate 100% on Hardstyle.
Midnight at Fantasylands in Edinburgh in the hall which was home to Rezerection all-nighters he became the first Dj in Scotland to play a 100% Hardstyle set at a Hardcore event to a capacity crowd of over 10000 Ravers.
It could have been the end of his Dj'ing career but there's been no looking back.
It was the most talked about, most downloaded and most purchased cd, Dj mix in years.
Hardstyle in 2009/2010 was the #1 harder genre in Scotland with the majority of fans being converted ravers!
2011 saw Bass Generator's retirement from the Dj'ing scene. Family commitments had taken priority over weekends away and the 3 day hangovers. :(
2016 Bass Generator announced he was out of retirement.
