Flava for Ya - What it says on the tin! Not only is this the title joint, it’s also pure dance floor action trickling down your lug hole! Expect guitar licks, horns, Craig Mack Vox and banging snares. After consuming you’ll be rocking Pee Wee’s dance for sure. 

Got To Get Down - Easier said than done after 10 glasses of this brew! But if you manage to maintain your rhythm, this is the joint to shake it to. The more up-tempo out of the selection and a sure shot to keep dance floors lit from Vancouver to UK.

Rock Y’all - Air guitar comes easiest when downing loud mouth soup! Ross bangs out a rocking joint consisting of solid bass samples to stop the room spinning. Accompanied by a wealth of your favourite classic Hip Hop Vox you’ll be strutting to this 'til you drop!

Breakbeat Paradise Recording is on a journey of pushing funk and breaks to a new audience and joining forces with Greek-based Nasa Funk who is on the very same journey. Nasa Funk released their Stand Up track on the Funk Originals 12&rdquo; vinyl back in 2016 and is now ready to drop their first full EP on the label.
Nasa Funk who consists of Alexandros Spanidis: drums / Costas Chasiotis: bass / Alexandros Papoulidis: guitar / Charis Kapetanakis: saxophone, keys / Georges Perin: vocals, talkbox has been pushing funk and hiphop to the Greek audience since the late 90s which has earned a big following in though-out Greece. They are now ready to take on the world stage and has cooked up the funk anthem with the Covid relevant title: Gonna Work It. &ldquo;Love will prevail&rdquo; as lead singer Georges Perin puts it on this finger snapping, low-slung funk jam.
To complete the package Nasa Funk has teamed up with some of biggest talents in the electronic funk scene who are all giving their signature twist to the Gonna Work It joint.Starting off with the French producer duo Prosper &amp; Stabfinger who took the track to a completely different dimension by giving it a state-of-the-art nu-disco treatment. Prosper &amp; Stabfinger are known for their funky flavors and has recently journeyed into the world of disco and this remix is certainly a proof that they feel very much at home in that genre. Next up welcomes back a true BBP veteran and always reliable Jayl Funk who brings the heavy funky beats and skillfully turns the jam into a midtempo banger. Both previously mentioned remixes comewith instrumental mixes.For some alternative remixes Nasa Funk went to local DJ Mount Ten who took a more laid-back and chilled approach on the Gonna Work It track. Finally well known producer Cayetano took the original funk elements to twisted it into a trap jam. It&rsquo;s always a pleasure to present another release from our funky brother from down under: Pecoe &ndash; who&rsquo;s back with his 5th EP drop and 2nd EP this year on BBP. This time around we are in for some serious funky business as Pecoe takes us on a journey to celebrate everything about the funk on 5 epic originals that can best be described as: Funk Anthems.
If this wasn&rsquo;t enough he&rsquo;s brought along some of the best producers in the funky breaks scene to work on remixes. Stabfinger slabs around 2 of the originals by blending Back To The Beat with Life track and some undeniably funky disco beats and some big bass lines. Gramophone Soul maximizes the funky flavors on his epic remix of the Dance The Funk, while Funkin Basstards take a funky stroll with the Bounce With Me joint. Finally Kenny Beeper returns the favor from the Pecoe remix on his latest EP with Tha Fun Police that just dropped a little earlier this year on BBP.

Founded by Boe Pedersen (Dj BadboE) in Denmark, and now based in Florida. The label originates from the music website Breakbeat Paradise that has been running since 1996. Breakbeat Paradise is dedicated to breakers and electronic musicians within the style of music that we can loosely term as breakbeat. Developing and improving this website over the last 10 years to include everything from visitor music sharing, annual breakbeat contests, samplekits and discussion forum. We felt that going into digital music distribution would be a natural next step.

The music material on the Breakbeat Paradise website has over 1000 pieces of music. Breakbeat Paradise Recordings will  pick up the very best  “cream of the crop”, artists  and tunes and release them as digital downloads through Breakbeat Paradise Recordings  collaborative partners . We found digital distribution would match perfect with our cutting-edge funky breakbeat music and the fastest way from  the streets – to the listener and dancefloor!

With only exclusive vinyl and digital releases , we are always focused on the most important thing for us – the music! 

The music will span from traditional nu funk and funky breaks to more dancefloor oriented ghetto funk,  future funk and big beat as well as hip hop with a glitch and the more mellow side of the drum ‘n’ bass and nu breaks. The sound of Breakbeat Paradise is driven by an emphatic beat that is intended to form a leitmotif between the releases.

Even though releases from Breakbeat Paradise will be coming from different artists, we always uniform a sound by focusing within the genres of breakbeat.  Collaborators and musicians work close together on our label and we are always ensuring a brand of selective “state of the art“, quality and sound .

We will devote ourselves to deliver the phattest, funkiest and the biggest grooves to be found out there...
