Originally released between 1995 and 1999 on his green imprint, 'green trax' is steve o'sullivan's signature take on minimal techno. The album on trip is a compilation of best works with several previously unreleased tracks that steve found on data tapes in his archive.

What's the best way to embrace the 90's? By actually releasing a track produced in 1998. That's the year Cari Lekebusch released this track on his label H-Productions. With a remastered version this timeless piece leads the EP. Stomping beats, saturated filtered stabs and an energetic groove are the top ingredients cooked by the master himself. Ichizo is 2nd on the VA. With Vale Zero he produces a fast paced groove that is ready for any dance floor. A tireless sequence is leading the way, supported by heavy kicks and 4x4 claps. On the flipside we'll find another master from the past. Jeroen Search dived into his archives to find this stunner track Oscuros, produced in the 90's as well. Hear it to believe it. CRAVO closed the VA with an outstanding percussion and loopy based ode to the 90's.

OOM Records is taking you back to the late nineties, early twenties. A turbulent phase with a dynamic culture and rapid developments. Many describe it as the golden era of techno. The original first came out in 2003 on Hardgroove sister label 'Ingoma', then a new mix from Ben appeared 10 years later with a firing remix from KiNK but this intense acid version never saw the light of day, until now!

Opener DTW 2 LAX V1 pairs a pitching sequence with dry drums and the careful arrangement of a pro. On the follow up, DTW 2 LAX V2 - Flores swaps out the immediacy of the 909 for a deeper 808 drum kit without any compromise on energy. On the flip The Dawn riffs on Hood-esque polyrhythms with frenetic, driven drum arrangement before closer Minimize offers a moment of psychedelic, heads-down introspection.
