The 5th installment on Vitus’ Curse is a rhythmic adventure by DJ and producer duo VILLA with 5 tracks ranging from tribal infusions and electronic bliss to straight-forward late-night rave vibes straight out of Frankfurt, Germany. Inspired by the extinct bird of Kauai, the project ventures into themes of impermanence and ethereal beauty. Standout tracks embody the aura of intimate gatherings and grand clubs alike, encapsulating an auditory journey that feels both eternal and fleeting. Closing with a transformative remix by French master Ferdinger, this EP is not just a dance record, but an ode to cycles – those that end and those that endure.

“Extinct” is a rhythmic and powerful 4x4 odyssey layered with intricate hi-hats, rolling percussions, and a rawness known from the early 2000’s.
