We are super happy to announce the 30 finalists in BCCO x SoundCloud New Faces Season 5. 

These 30 amazing artists were selected from 1237 applications from 276 cities and 60 countries. They represent the best new talent in our industry making incredible music from first class selection whist investing their time in their own career and in the scene they are part of.

Season 5 starts playing out from Saturday 22nd November and will run for 15 weeks. All 30 finalists will get an exclusive BCCO x SoundCloud New Faces T-Shirt plus BCCO keychain, BCCO eyemask and stickers. 4 winners from the season will be selected by the booking team at Tresor, Berlin to play at a special New Faces Night in 2026.

For this new edition we have the promising Mikrotakt. He is a producer/DJ that focuses on fast paced percussive grooves. Having come from a more hypnotic background, once Mikro discovered grooves there was no turning back as he was hooked. His recent moves have resulted in a residency at the amazing label @differentsoundofficial from Tbilisi, Georgia. Currently he resides in London where he means to do his part in promoting grooves and help develop the scene there as best he can.  His strong releases can be found on labels such as @trau-ma and @canticle-records.

Rudni is a Ukrainian DJ, producer, and co-founder of the label VORTEX, known for his hypnotic and immersive approach to techno. He first caught our attention as a winner of BCCO x SoundCloud New Faces Season 4, where his set was selected by our partners at Tresor in Berlin as one of the standout submissions.

With a background in sound design and a focus on storytelling, his sets delve into deep, textured soundscapes — minimal in structure yet rich in emotion. His releases on ARTS and Laboratorium showcase a distinctive sonic identity that continues to evolve.

As a performer, he has played some of Ukraine’s most vital venues, including ∄ (K41), Collider, and Keller, while contributing to the growth of Kyiv’s underground scene through forward-thinking events and community-building efforts.

This mix is a deeply introspective journey — unfolding through a hypnotic flow, evolving energy, and delicate textures that guide the listener through a carefully sculpted narrative.
