Known for his uncompromising style of hard industrial techno,  WarinD has traversed the european continent and beyond, delighting crowds with his engergetic DJ sets in some of the best clubs around, such as Basis, Tresor and Kompass Klub. To share his vision of the genre with his fans, WarinD founded WarinD Records in 2016, which allows him to focus on his own acid and distortion-driven sound, as well as promote fellow like-minded artists such as Scalameryia, Thomas P. Heckmann or DYEN. He himself has in turn also been the guest on many labels including Tripalium Corp, Overdraw or Instruments of Discipline. This mix features WarinD in full force, enjoy!

Marsch is a Berlin-based dj and producer originally from France. Music has always been a huge part of her life, and she initially began as a music curator and selector, until she started practicing DJing 7 years ago. She would define her music as a balance between melody, energy and texture. She enjoys a blend of minimalistic elements, refined rhythmic, voices and futuristic synths, and is influenced by the likes of Regis, Planetary Assault System and Temudo to name a few.

She is the founder of Act of Power, resident at Konvent and a community member of Female Pressure. She is one of the artists we were really excited to share with you. Her fast paced set is up on our Soundcloud now ❤️

This month podcast number 3 we have an exclusive mix from forthcoming EarToGround artist Rove Ranger. Based in Stuttgart Germany he first came on the Radar with his release on Lobster Theremin. Actually I got to thank Voicedrone for bringing him to my attention. 

He has a fast, varied, classic approach to Techno and an extremely talented way of moving through the elements. The production levels are high.

Coming from Magdeburg, Germany, Jan Goertz developed his style and knowledge of the craft over the years.

His mixing is an example of redefining the conventional way of mixing and really dictating the flow. With his 4-deck way of mixing Jan showcases the use of a multitude of tracks, loops and stems to create unity. Breakdowns and highlights are elements he implements all by himself rather than being told by the tracks, by breaking up the original structures.

Jan Goertz always tries to test and redefine the limits of djing in that way.

Foraying into music production in 2015, he fell for HardTechno late 2018. His production is influenced by the hard kicks and harsh melodies of Rotterdam, combined with distorted and industrial drums. He likes to create a lot of tension before the drop kicks in, so the drop kicks in even more intensely!

When DJ'ing he reads the crowd well and he pleases the crowd with a mix of Industrial, Acid and Neorave Techno. Starting with 150BPM he takes it further and tries to push his crowd to their limits. In addition to the hard raw sounds of Rotterdam's Techno, he can also appreciate the more spacey sound of DJ's such as https://soundcloud.com/ddan-tek and https://soundcloud.com/ihatemodels. He also incorporates this in his live sets and likes to surprise his crowd with tracks which will blow their minds.
