After its original release at the end of 2014, the urge to relive Y.V.E. 48’s stunning masterpiece has only increased. Never one to disappoint his trusty followers, The Bearded Man worked day and night to assembles one hell of a remix package.
Despite choosing a different approach, both wonder kid Lost Frequencies and Tapetenwechsel prove that ‘All You Need’ is an amazing tune, that it still lives on in our hearts and that it will never cease to impress. Very much like The Bearded Man himself!

However, having known each other from early childhood on, it soon became clear that they shared the exact same taste in music and would go on to realize the idea of a trio in 2011.    Mix tapes of their own ÂÂSoundbreakÂÂ series, including their own mash ups and edits, really catch on. Published on world-renowned music blogs like Beatmyday.com and Nighttunes.org they receive solely positive feedback.    At the same time they make a name for themselves in their home town Karlsruhe with bookings in the most prestigious clubs. The three friends easily make the crowd fall for their charm and chime. With their impelling beats and excellent mix of symphonious and pumping sounds they conquer every dance floor and turn the night into an unforgettable musical experience.    With the latest releases always on their radar, they bring music ÂÂfrom the store straightly to the turntablesÂÂ and therefore pull off deejaying red-hot music before anyone else does.

With such a mixed and wide variety of musical influence, there is often much diversity in DAFs style, ranging from Progressive to Tech to Techno and everything in-between. Preparing each set meticulously and tailoring his sound to each given environment. Always looking to further his knowledge of music, this becomes apparent within his creativity.  Recent years have hosted a series of successful releases on labels such as Elrow Music, Twisted Fusion, Faceless Recordings and Marshall Jefferson's new imprint, Freakin303, as well as remixing Stephan Bodzins Sungam.    2018 has started with the feeling of intensity you come to recognise from DAFs performances; a collaboration with Jadele forthcoming on Click Records (Amsterdam). A two track EP scheduled for release in February on Primitive Records (Brazil) and also the long anticipated Misconception EP'; a collaboration with Blackhill on Freakin303, featuring remixes from the mighty TouchTalk (Brazil) and close industry peers, Barber and Tom Finn.  With further track and remix requests in the pipeline, it's clear he is on the right path and things certainly look bright for the future.  DAF is founder and co-owner of his aforementioned party, B4, showcasing carefully selected artists and friends across the international House and Techno scene, at Londons Basing House. 2016 & 17 saw them complete twelve incredible parties topping off both years with successful NYE events.  With new material incoming from the studio and further European bookings, as well as Thailand scheduled, DAF continues to evolve and move forth into new territory¦
