Johohó, tenhle rok jsme se zhruba po pěti letech vrátili s Jonášem ke společnýmu hraní a je to radost. Psytrance jsme začali poslouchat už cca 20 let nazpět, za tu dobu jsme naposlouchali spoustu peciček a tak se k nim teď můžeme společně vracet a kolikrát jeden druhého přijemně při hraní překvapíme.

Set začal Jonáš Deedrah remixem Ecstasy od 1200 Mics a já navázal vzpomínkou na Sun Festival - Hypnosie remixem legendárního Dust Rising od Sonic Species... No a pak už se to vezlo.

Díky naší Fenix crew za uspořádání naprosto výtečné indoor akce se skvělou produkcí a dramaturgií a díky všem kdo dorazil a párty si užil. Jo a díky TODovi za super fotku.

A movement towards wholeness in 4 parts.

Fresh on the heels of his Billboard charting album “Sci-Fi Lullabies”, Bluetech returns with a deep dive into genre-defying electronic music on his new double LP “Holotrope”.  Imagined as a psychonauts journey into inner space and back, “Holotrope” contains 4 distinct continuously mixed journeys, each designed to fill a single side of vinyl.

As the album unfolds through the four movements of Descending, Expanding, Ascending & Integrating, Bluetech displays his signature penchant for ping-ponging melodic interplay, creative modular synthesis, atmospheric sound design, and dubwise fx manipulation.  Touching down in ambient, downtempo, space disco, electro, dub house, and spacehop territories, “Holotrope” still contains a cohesive aesthetic that is instantly recognizable as the Bluetech sound.

Inspired by Holotropic Breathwork, meditation, lucid dreaming and journeys through the imaginal realms, “Holotrope” presents a map of movement through layers of perception.  Starting with a centering in the physical body and descending into the realms of expanded awareness and ego dissolution, the music charts a serpentine path through ever deep states of being.

Indra is a DJane and Ecstatic dance Croatia founder, active in music for more than 15 years. She plays at various events promoting alternative/psy culture as well as at the international radio stations. Today she is resident at Mo:Dem, one of the best underground psychedelic festivals in Europe and line up adviser for many festivals and events.
Indra's first serious excursion into world of music was 2002. when she edited music program and hosted the radio project "Baraka", world music show. As a part of DJ's and promoters gathered around the Baraka Collective, she organized and acted at various ethnic-world, dub, downbeat events. From 2002. she started playing psychill. She is one of the residents and organizers of Chillibar events, most popular psychill events in Croatia.
In November 2014. she compiled VA Forest Garden, including her favorite artists, most of them also involved in gardening and natural way of living. The compilation symbolizes life cycle, transformation of the mankind and the Earth. It is a call for a waking up and going back to the roots values and sustainable way of living. In 2019. her second compilation "Spiral Roots" was released, bringing us on a path of organic bridge created between the roots of the Earth and our existence. "Tribal Steps" compilation released in 2020 was inspired by ecstatic dance and tribes gathering with variety of sounds and tempos, inviting for more gatherings like in ancient times. 

Indra's sound is a fusion of floating mystical atmospheres and deep dub bass lines with ethnic & organic elements, including conscious bass, psydub, tribal, shamanic, global bass and other downtempo to midtempo styles with a taste of psychedelic. Her original sets are known by feminine subtlety and her art of telling a story trough music.

As in a real life, she draws her inspiration from nature, spirituality and traditions of ancient cultures. She often includes live instruments (trumpet, didgeridoo, bansouri, douduk, guitar, melodica, synth, percussions...), so you can expect live music, dancing, warm communication with the audience and pure positive vibes in her sets.

‘Beatroots’ is the project of deep minimal and intelligent beats by, Saxon Higgs. Saxon's direction ventures to the depths of bass timbre stimulation. In comparison to his alternative alias, 'Brujo's Bowl'. Beatroots' focus resides in a multi genre landscape of possibilities. Bass music in a multitude of eclectic forms, emotionally driven crescendo accompanied by polyrhythmic chord play and satisfying beats. Clever sound design and evocative melody revolve with these beats to create a layered symbiotic goodness that will keep the listener hooked to perpetual movement. His productions are simple yet satisfying. Like many things in life, this realization invigorates his own unique characteristics in bass music and the minimal styles of dub and drum and bass. The grooves and the intelligent, yet quirky sound that Saxon channels via his existence shall strike a chord in the tastes of many listeners.
