In August 2015, 25 Berlin acts went as a collective to Hawai'i to showcase their electronic music and to experience coming together creatively, surrounded by most inspirational natural beauty.

ABOUT St Hilaire: 

St Hilaire is a DJ from Corsica who plays mainly electronic music for open air venues. She is a resident of the beautiful lounge bar "Le Colisée" (Porticcio) which distills  joy, love, relaxation, and groove in the air. She hopes to connect her listeners every evening with the beauty of the landscape and the energy of nature with melodious and hovering music.

St Hilaire also produces for the label Disco Balls Reccords. Her next track, Ho'Oponopono (original mix) by St Hilaire, will be released exclusively Traxsource on September 7, 2017, and all stores in October 2017.

When you take off for a musical journey, the launch pad is known, but you can rarely forecast the landing strip and the journey in between. As Cosmonauts, that uncertainty is what we enjoy most: the wonder experienced along the trip, the polychromatic soundscapes revealed after a transition and the playful bounce between colourful beats along a track. In this episode of our podcast series, we bring you Da Iguana, a true sound explorer. This eclectic multi-instrumentalist started wandering the vastness of sound as a guitarist and bassplayer in his childhood and built his talent thanks to an astonishing variety of musical projects. In his mix prepared for UCR, he gifts us many of his latest unreleased tracks which are beautifully blended with past productions. Despite the multicultural flavor and prismatic style of the tracks in this mix, most of them resulted from an inspiring journey he had with his muse through Central America and the Caribbean, much like the voyages green iguanas take across those same lands and waters. We think this mix is as thrilling and mesmerizing as that journey, so close your eyes and let Da Iguana guide you through this musical experience.

Jason Rawlings has been passionate about electronic music and the global festival community for 15 years. Having started out as an event organiser supporting seminal Australian based labels Open Records and Zenon Records. His main contribution in the early days however was as art designer for many accomplished Australian artists, helping to bring their vision to life through conceptual based artwork. 

These days Jason is lead programmer of award winning indie game development studio Yak & Co, creators of Agent A - Australian Game of the Year. He works closely with Apple, Google and the major game console platforms. His true passion does lie with music, however through the successes of his game development career it has enabled a nomadic lifestyle where’s been fortunate enough to experience many amazing festivals and talent from around the globe. This has helped to shape a deep understanding of what makes good flow within a musical journey. Hopelessly addicted to the unparalleled feeling of amazing artists sharing their craft and seeing the sheer joy it brings to festival goers. With not much time left in the day for producing music, he’s found the only way to express himself musically by always diving through the endless torrent of music releases looking for the latest gem to put in a mix.

Biography*
A connoisseur of dynamic productions; from the studio to a DJ set or performing live, blending his hybrid synth-laced melancholic house and techno. The Berlin-based artist has long been praised for his distinctive design and creative vision, offering you a concise and personal slice of his universe with each interaction.

MUUI’s varied discography reflects his many influences and his exploratory nature always searching for a unique approach, ranging from stunning tranquility and melancholy through to four to the floor dance-floor orientated electronic music lending from techno, house and indie influences all with a unique finesse, working with an extensive list of vintage and modern hardware synthesizers, drum machines and processing gear that has seen him carve out a raw sound all of his own, a fresh message that resonates through each release and his live show.

Since his first release in 2013, his exploratory nature and fascination to experiment with technology both old and new have always naturally led him to explore new ground. 
Releases followed on Hernan Cattaneo’s Sudbeat Music and Microcastle alongside his second studio album ‘Following Today’, warping listeners into a carefully built exploration and was his most mature output to date. The album once again placed in the Beatport Top 10 charts. With each new release, MUUI continued to gain the support of some of the most respected artists in the game!

Across 2016 and 2017 MUUI shared his live act in Argentina, Australia, France, Germany, Italy, Lebanon, Morocco, Mauritius, Netherland, South Africa, Switzerland, Serbia, Thailand, and Turkey.

2017 saw the birth of his own imprint. Here Now was conceived as a new creative outlet for MUUI with the vision to bring together his music and other creative artists by way of events and a record label. Setting a clear vision, the first releases have been a selection of innately hypnotic pieces of electronic music matched with compelling contributions from filmmakers and visual artists from Norway, England, and Germany.
