But somehow, we clicked! Like fate decided we should form a band.
“Beating the Edge” looks back at that time, the messy, magical moment we came together.
It's raw, it's loud, it's full of heart.
No fake drama, no grand plans. Just real passion, some chaos, and a shared obsession with making music that punches through the noise.
That’s when Beating Edge was born. 🙌 And now we've got so many more friends, here on SoundCloud and beyond!! Thanks to all of you!!! We love ya!! ❤️

I have always loved music. I learnt piano as a child and have dabbled with guitar without ever learning it ... until now! I have been in choirs most of my life but have not really delved into making music until the last few years. After initially playing around with Garage Band, I moved on to Logic Pro and that's how nearly all of my music has been produced.

I use digital software, guitar and keyboards to produce my original music. I compose and edit using Logic Pro. Other people's vocals or collaborative vocals for any track really are very welcome! 

I love the interaction on Soundcloud and the comments from other musicians and composers are so helpful and supportive. Keep making music everyone!

Our identities are top-secret, forgive us, we're a bunch of very shy aliens🛸 (4 males 💁🏻‍♂️🙎‍♂️🙋🏼‍♂️🦸🏼‍♂️ and 1 female🙅‍♀️, the guitarist/backup singer). Our earthly names (and nicknames) are Tom ("Lucifer" - lead vocals and occasional keyboards/guitar), Mary ("Vampira" or just "V" - guitarist and backing vocals), Mauro ("Maux" - keyboards, piano, synths and winds), Davide ("Dave", "Quiet D" or just "D" - bass and synth bass), and Valerio ("Brad", drums and percussions).
