This song came from a place of pain, anger, and truth. Starving the Poor was written right after I read one of Trump’s hateful Truth Social rants — where he accused Biden of “bullshit propaganda” and blamed the government shutdown on the “radical left.” That was my breaking point. Because we all know damn well it’s him and the rest of the MAGA machine keeping the shutdown going, refusing to fund SNAP, and playing power games with people’s lives. This isn’t politics anymore — it’s cruelty. Millions of Americans are hungry, and Trump and his followers don’t care. They’re letting families suffer while they sit in comfort and call it patriotism.

This song is for everyone standing in those food lines, for every parent who doesn’t know where the next meal is coming from, for everyone tired of being silenced, blamed, and forgotten. It starts soft — like a whisper in the dark — and rises into rage because sometimes the only way to be heard is to scream. Starving the Poor isn’t just music. It’s a protest, a warning, and a cry for humanity in a world that’s lost its conscience.

Many of the songs we’ve released so far are reboots of tracks we wrote years ago, in case you were wondering how we managed to release over 100 tracks in one year. Before 2024 our audience was limited to a few hundred friends and acquaintances.
We’re not professional musicians! We have other jobs, and we don’t even consider ourselves musicians, at most entertainers and awareness-raisers.
