      impermanence .. 

    As a wonderful gifted and lost friend of mine James Borritt said to me laughing:

   SID, I AM BIPOLAR, I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE MY MIND.

    He was a genius, only geniuses conjure up one-liners like that. Soon I will fish out more and more music done with James, Labelled and other writers and bands over the years. 

    Returning to my right to CHANGE MY MIND as a bipolar sufferer also I have elected to kill #beelzebubabble and reinvent as #changeflow.


   BEELZEBUBABBLE is around anyway: omnipresent, flirting, larking about, writing a debut novel, messing with the lexicon . . generating new leads.. beelze is a gigantic part of me .. dead? yeah.. sure ..

    But maybe impermanence is not permanent.. I no longer care .. my raison d'etre now is survival in the midst of brutal enduring mental illness . . some people mock, ridicule, dismiss ..

    I can and should sweep their legs and stand over them but my tao is peace, always has been in a lifetime replete with sadness and now i will return to that mindbending, often applauded peace and the noble paths I know. 

    Apologies if i burst out laughing occasionally. It is a cool joy: a peace and joy that makes me smile daily, smiling dogs, butterflies, the sun, moon, beauty, wisdom, birdsong, the calm and light of angels.

PEACE IS STRENGTH
   KINDNESS IS WONDERFUL
       LOOK FOR HEART
          AND SOUL.

   DO NOT ALLOW YOURSELF
      TO BE TRAMPLED
          BY FOOLS!

   And so #beelzebubabble is dead .. yet still part of a wider tapestry. And said entity is sure to re-evolve and re-evolve and re-evolve.

   We .. voices, ghosts, gurus, beelzebubabble and i .. are well acquainted.
