Long ago did the WATCHERS and LISTENERS preside over this land

Until the LISTENERS ended up banned
And the WATCHERS made the PLAYERS fight until only one could stand.

For six seasons they fought
Until they realized it was all for naught.
After much fighting, the players of this horrible game thought
To finally make peace and, together, unleash upon the WORLD BORDER a great onslaught.

Yet, they lacked the power to break themselves free
They were short on one ARTIFACT, their key.
Thus, they appointed one person to oversee
And the new king JOEL did his duty to serve them after a great plea.

Thus did the BEYONDER set out on their journey
To make right where the WATCHERS did those players' lives dirty
And whether the BEYONDER will have mercy
Is the choice of the one who lies beyond the definition of worldly.

I had this track sitting around for another Minecraft AU some time ago, and I still think it sounds good, so I will reuse it for BTWB. There haven't been any tracks in a while, since my motivation to make them kinda died, but I hope I can release some in the future.
So there's three routes in this 'game':
Pacifist is called the 'Listener's Envoy Route'
Neutral is called the 'Wildcard Route'
Genocide is called the 'Watcher's Mission Route'
Or the 'Listener', 'Wildcard', and 'Watcher' routes for short, as they will be used in the future. 

(this section is for BTWB1 only)
The Listeners bound Martyn to your soul (which is kind of hilarious in hindsight, after Grian's episode 8 in Secret Life even though this was made before it) with the intention of him giving you advice...he doesn't seem to like being part of someone much though.
Martyn eventually gets used to it, but his narration early on will be very blunt and definitely sarcastic.






On another note, this is the track for Day 1 of 'An Orange New Year', which is basically like a succession of tracks meant to celebrate New Year's 2024.

The finally last update to "OUR WILL BE DONE" that I'm ever gonna have to do. the context for this is pretty simply to BTWB1, in that there's a sort of character "creator" here, though it's less...uh, versatile, I guess. You can only really change accessories now, the character itself will always be the same.

The Watchers take far more of a backseat in the new lore, as well, but that's a story for another time

Tilly from Double Life is Flowey. Yes, Jimmy is no longer Asriel, rather he takes a role I think is arguably more fitting. The actual Asriel replacement for BTWB2 might be pretty obvious already, but I'm going to make the reveal as painstakingly drawn out as possible (the asriel replacement won't be revealed til Track 71 drops) s'yeah.

The implication here is that there's civilization beyond the World Border, yeah. Though what that is can be left up to interpretation.

Lizzie is still Toriel, though. She is the "Shadow Queen" of the Borderlands, though due to a series of...incidents with the King all the way out east she went to the now abandoned and comparatively peaceful Fairy Fort and has remained in isolation there since then.

The blue soul is Behind the World Border's primary soul mode (in battle) rather than the red soul
