This is #2 in an album I am mixing for Naked Head, a local act with a musical theatre bent. These are high-track-count mixes with all the backing vocals and little details. It is all so worth it though in the end. Jake is a super Arranger.

I am a Mix Engineer. My approach is different from the typical online mixer these days. My approach is to use the mix to help tell the Story of your Song. I am not looking to make the loudest or widest mix, but to make your song very emotionally engaging. If you find yourself tired of all those loud but flat mixes, give me a try.

I write Space Music which I consider a form of Proto-Techno or Techno as it was initially formed by artists like Kraftwerk, Tangerine Dream, Vangelis, Tomita etc. A few oddities get put here. Most of my work is on my site and bandcamp.

In the words of the great Neil Young, Age of Destitute, hailing from New Zealand, the rock duo consisting of Rezwan Ashraf and Sammy Iqbal is doing just that. The ever changing landscape of the rock music industry ,Rezwan and Sammy are daring to bring the classic rock sound with a fresh attitude, that  appeals to audiences of all ages. Enlisting the help of world class musicians and producers from all across the globe, Age of Destitute is currently recording their first self-titled Album.
Originally from Bangladesh both Rezwan and Sammy moved to New Zealand and met by chance. Both extremely passionate about music, they started jamming and collaborating on ideas. It was only a matter of time until they realised that good music must be shared with the audience. As the music industry moves away from the more traditional record sales to more online presence of streaming services, this was a perfect time to self-publish their work.
The duo is heavily influenced by bands such as Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Iron Maiden, Metallica, Dire Straits, Dream Theater and Guitar Gods like Steve Vai, Eric Johnson, Jason Becker and Joe Satriani.
