Sunset Lovers show is continuing to spread sunny and  Balearic vibes with an extraordinary mix from Manu Archeo - a label boss, DJ, photographer, and record collector from Florence, Italy.

Having spent five years studying the classic drums at a young age, Manu’s passion for music soon took over in the early ’90s, and with his expertise and vast musical knowledge of the Balearic scene earned top DJ slots, working as DJ at private parties, festivals and many clubs and bars of Florence and other cities in Italy (Milan, Perugia, Bologna, Rome, Palermo), Europe (London, Paris, Berlin) and worldwide (NYC, Rio). 

His label, Archeo Recordings is a re-issue record label that regenerates old, lost, obscure, and forgotten rare gems of mostly Italian music but also all over the world of the '70s, 80's, and 90's for a wider audience of collectors, DJs, and music lovers. Tony Esposito, Tullio De Piscopo, Blue Gas, Roberto De Simone, and Riccardo Giagni are just some of the mind-blowing names that the label has played host to in recent years.

All releases are licensed, hand-numbered limited edition, and the first copies are usually pressed in coloured vinyl. Audio tracks re-mastered in their original form, and sleeves re-created for today, but all based on the original images.

London-based DJ, producer, label owner and promoter Ben Gomori has a long and varied career in dance music, stretching from illegal raves in fields in his birthplace Cambridge through residencies at some of London’s most legendary clubs to some of the biggest venues and festivals in the world. He plays an inimitable mix of house, disco, Balearic, electro, afro, acid, garage and techno, tirelessly digging for lesser known gems that he unearths for his RecordReplay bargain bin vinyl radio shows and seamlessly fitting them alongside the sounds of today, sprinkled with his own acclaimed edits and productions and a high-energy mixing style. 

Co-founder of the eclectic Balearic London parties and vinyl edits label, he’s also the founder of the acclaimed Monologues Records, G-Edits and Sterns Edits imprints and has played regularly at Berlin’s hallowed Sisyphos since 2019, and across the world from Womb in Tokyo to fabric in London. He also runs Pitchblack Playback—a global series of album and DJ mixtape listening sessions in the dark, of which Rick Rubin said “this sounds great” and Jamiroquai’s Jay Kay said was “a fabulous idea”.
