Back in the day, Mt. Doyle was known for his smooth taste in Drum & Bass and his unmatched love for pizza. But it wasn't long before Doyle expanded his horizons to include Funk, House, Hip-Hop and Bass, all with his soulful West Coast flavour. He quickly became a staple in the BC electronic music scene, known not only for his multi-genre sets but his range of recorded mixes as well.

Over the past 10 years, Mt. Doyle has played lounges, clubs and festivals all over the North West, including Shambhala, Lightning In A Bottle, Rifflandia, Electric Love, Wicked Woods, Friendzy Fest, Fozzy Fest, Bamboo Bass, Astral Harvest, Ska Fest, Sun Fest and The Tall Tree Festival. In that time he’s shared the stage with international heavyweights Aphrodite, Camo & Krooked, Ed Solo, A.Skillz, Stickybuds, The Funk Hunters, Chali 2na, JFB, Dub FX, Rusko, Technimatic, LSB & DRS, Serial Killaz, Dub Pistols, Ray Keith, Netsky and Andy C.

In 2016 Mt. Doyle started The Hydration Mix Series, a monthly Liquid Drum & Bass podcast with DJs Akela, Willisist, Erski, Reflektor, Lasu and DJ Surgeon. Later that year Doyle took on a whole new style as he joined the ranks of Victoria based Hip-Hop band Illvis Freshly, where he made his singing debut. Now, when he's not solo, you can catch his live set with Doyle on vocals and Philly on the guitar.

Over the years Mt. Doyle has established himself as one of the most versatile DJs on Vancouver Island. With a mountainous lust for music and style that keeps you guessing, Mt. Doyle will keep bodies moving any time, any place, with whatever the hell he wants.

Known for her earth-shattering live show and singular, iconic voice, Florence + The Machine, stage name of Florence Welch, has become one of the most monumental artists of a generation, with multiple number one albums and countless awards across five albums—2009’s Lungs, 2011’s Ceremonials, 2015’s How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful, 2018’s High As Hope and 2022’s Dance Fever. She has collaborated and shared stages with icons—The Rolling Stones, Lady Gaga and Taylor Swift among them—and published a book of lyrics, poetry and drawings, Useless Magic.

I live in beautiful Whistler BC, Canada.  I am not trying to become famous, or tour the world as a DJ.  I just love playing good music, and making people dance.  I also love recording mixes at home and sharing them online, so expect to hear a new one from me every month or two...

Ingrid Hakanson began a career in electronic music in 2000 when a friend handed her a microphone during his set at a party in Vancouver, BC. That began her journey as one of the area’s first live improvisational vocalists in the house music scene.

Growing up, she played piano, saxophone, and sang classical both in a choir and solo. When she moved to Vancouver in 1996, she spent 4 years fronting a rock band before becoming part of a local musicians’ collective called Bedroomstudio. This group’s blend of jazz, rock, and synthesized beats saw the release of the album ‘Submissions’ in 2005.

Since then, Ingrid has been writing and performing with electronic music producers from around the world. Releases such as ‘Out of Touch’ with Dave Armstrong (2003) and ‘Freak for You’ and ‘Luscious’ with Swirl People (2007) initially brought her talent to the forefront of the scene. For the last 5 years, she has evolved her performance to singing live to her own DJ sets, in her home town and internationally. She has collaborated or performed with Carlos Mendoza (LCG), Lumoon&Rob!n (Claire Du Lune), Asad Rizvi/Asadinho (Reverberations), Luke McKeehan (Nordic Trax), Jon Lee (Tilted/Viva), and Andy Clockwork (East Van Digital) and many more. In 2013, she also released a moody-electro pop side project EP (Echoes) with Carlos Mendoza as Canaima. She has been a staple performer at Festivus BC since its inception. She has also played at high profile festivals in BC including Burn in the Forest and Basscoast.

Ingrid's own DJ performances along with her live vocals focus on a deep and bass-centric house feel, but with a sense of playfulness and connection with her audience, and a voice with both power and a jazzy/raspy quality. With an already impressive list of releases on labels such as DFTD, King Street Sounds, and Claire Du Lune records, she will continue to elevate her status as one of house music’s most sought-after vocalists, allowing audiences worldwide to experience her strong live performances and stage presence.

Andy's early musical influences range between punk, funk, soul and disco. Before DJing he was a drummer but the band broke up. He started DJing in the late 90s and over the years Andy has had several long-running club residencies and DJ'd alongside legends as Claude Von Stroke, Damian Lazarus, Jesse Rose, Green Velvet, Nora En Pure, Swayzak, Pezzner, The Lawnchair Generals, Justin Martin, and DJ T. He currently has over 50 releases out on various labels in Canada, the United States, Argentina, Australia and the UK. His music has been supported by Justin Martin, Mark Farina, Walker & Royce, Sam Divine, The Inland Knights, Carlo Gambino and more. He has DJ'd at several BC music festivals including The Squamish Valley Music Festival, Shambhala, Basscoast, Festivus and Soundwave. Currently living in Squamish BC, Andy enjoys a balanced life between music, skis and bikes.
