The Metalheadz back catalogue features almost every major figure in the history of drum and bass, and is one of the most innovative labels out there, consistently crossing boundaries with its releases since 1994. The labels output continues to showcase a maturing genre of music that displays influences from reggae, hip-hop, house and techno with highly-sophisticated and intricately-produced tracks, contrary to the image of the music that is typically presented by the mass media.

Releasing music from some of the biggest names out there whilst at the same time pushing and letting new talent break through are the reasons why Metalheadz continues to stay at the forefront of electronic music.

The Metalheadz label was also the driving force behind the seminal Sunday Session Club Nights, which achieved legendary status at London's Blue Note club. Today, Metalheadz club nights are often sell outs with the label also regularly hosting stages at some of the biggest festivals across the world.

Flyp Fermentor is a producer and songwriter based in Prague. He has been performing his very own hardtek music since his seventeen years in 2009. He has never really done DJ mixes but he uses Ableton Live or machines to make his original performance full of self-made sci-fi sounds and recorded vocals.

His long studies of chemistry and mathematics led him to a deep understanding of signal processing and scientific approach to music. He participates in multiple projects of different genres and names like Furious Freaks, iXlives or FLVP and released his music under many labels like Undergroundtekno, Amen4Tekno, Karnage Records and more. He also runs his own small label RAVE UNION Records and offers mastering and other audio related services. Recently he has been popular for his videos or X-Massacre Festival where he is a member of the organization crew since 2021.

Flyp Fermentor je producent a písničkář z Prahy. Vystupuje s hardtekem vlastní tvorby od svých sedmnácti let v roce 2009. Ve skutečnosti nikdy nehrál DJ mixy, ale používá Ableton Live nebo hardware aby vytvořil svou originální performance plnou zvuků vlastní výroby a nahraných hlasů.

Roky studia chemie a matematiky ho dovedla k detailnímu porozumění signal processingu a vědeckému přístupu k hudbě. Podílí se na více projektech různých žánrů a jmen jako Furious Freaks, iXlives nebo FLVP a vydal svou tvorbu na mnoha labelech jako Undergroundtekno, Amen4Tekno, Karnage Records a dalších. Také provozuje svůj vlastní malý label RAVE UNION Records a nabízí mastering a další, na audio zaměřené služby. Poslední dobou se proslavil ve svých videích nebo na X-Massacre Festivalu, kde je součástí organizačního týmu od roku 2021.
