"This session was recorded on the eve of the 2020 winter solstice. It is a collection of sounds and excerpts from pieces of music that have been personally healing for me when I've needed reflection and stillness during times of chaos and uncertainty. I can only hope that the experience of listening to this recording will do the same for others."
