Nothing was going to change how I was being treated by others, and I just wanted something to take the pain away and hide my apocalyptic reality.

This is when I had a conversation with myself in the mirror. I was starting to let labels get to me, and as a result I felt like I didnt know who I was anymore. Was I what everyone thinks I am? Or was I still the person I knew, and my friends knew.

Nothing Im going to do will change my past. I might be making bad choices, but Im just trying to be happy. So I guess Ill just have to keep getting knocked down, and keep bouncing back...If I still can.

I really really thought the world was over halfway through the pandemic. It was probably the lowest Ive ever been, my job industry destroyed, my college graduation experience taken, struggling to survive, and everyday feeling like the last. Because of this I used mushrooms as an escape from the same 4 walls that trapped me everyday....but part of me wanted to just give up and end it because my reality was shattered and everything I believed in was broken.
