Written and recorded during the first lockdown, recorded by remote due to the climate, this collection of songs represents the Dyffryn Conwy band’s attempt to make sense of a turbulent world.

The new EP landing from them soon is 6 tracks of the aforementioned genres with us presenting the delightful cut from Frenchman Leon Revol. Leon's 'Realized You Shine EP' was a serious contender for EP of the year last year for us, so we're thrilled to showcase some more music from him.
This time he's supplied a short but sweet downtempo hip hop track, proving further what an accomplished producer he is. Warm, friendly & sincere.

Floating Points - Nuits Sonores (Lemin Remix)

https://soundcloud.com/moffandtarkin second Lagaffe instalment marks the label's 8th vinyl release. The release sports three original tracks from the Austrian-based Icelander and a remix from label boss Jónbjörn.

The record starts off with the track Buzz Lightyear, who flies us off out of the atmosphere filled beginning into the depths of the spacey synths, delays and feedback. 

Followed is the track Friends Be like, which feels like a refreshing strut down the boulevard where everyone you meet knows you and you know them but instead of saying hello you are wearing headphones and just strut down the street nodding, winking and walking in beat with true swagger. A track with confidence written all over it.

The flip side features the track Takk! which roughly translates as Thank You! in Icelandic. Maybe not roughly, but rather exactly. The track is dramatic and starts off rather stress inducing but takes a whole new direction when Moff & Tarkin adds in soothing piano chords and makes the track’s whole mood switch. Maybe its a fitting goodbye for the listener as you make your way through label boss Jónbjörn’s remix which has a very warm and feel good atmosphere, lush drums and elements that add on layers to the already great original. A very personal remix and a good ending to a great record that we hope you can enjoy.

As Ritual Cloak’s sophomore album draws closer, we’re excited to bring you another nugget from the much anticipated long-player. High Teens, Low Twenties will be released digitally on the 2nd April 2021. The track follows in the vein of the previous singles Opaque Crater and White Noise with the duos unique approach to post-rock, cinematic soundscapes.

“High Teens Low Twenties is one of our favourite tracks to come out of the second album's recording session. It came about as Dan had forgotten he'd stored a reversed loop of a simple arpeggio on his loop pedal. When we were setting up in the studio for a session Dan clicked the looper on as it was flashing and this sound just burst out! We both looked at each other and got to work immediately, and the song was pretty much finished by the end of that day.”

A new remix by Dutch beatmaker Moods. This young producer from Rotterdam delivers a delicate piece of work, differentiating himself from the massive beats of Sam A La Bamelot and Sausbei who have both remixed our single 'City Life' earlier. The environment of Moods is his biggest inspiration, and he translates the noise around him into music with the usage of for instance a field-recorder.
