Blasting out of the thriving UK underground since 2008, he currently DJs all over the world from USA to Russia, London to Spain, and beyond. 

Famous for low end terrorism in the form of his smash hits Taking It Back, Shake Ur Body, Sunglasses, Another Day, Let Me Go, Bustin Dubz, 212 Booty and Link Up alongside Deekline, Martin Flex aka PuRe SX has picked up support for his music from all the top names on the scene, from Deekline to Stanton Warriors, Ed Solo to Lady Waks and Krafty Kuts to the Freestylers. After his successful "Let's Go Tours" of the U.S.A. in 2015 & 2016, came back for another U.S.A tour in 2017.

Here is a producer and DJ with the skills to lock down the club for as long as he's on the decks: a true original with an arsenal of floor-shaking weapons to get those hands up and keep them there 'til the break of dawn.

After the overwhelming response to Volume 1 I knew that making Volume 2 was a tough challenge,  so it took a while  to make sure this mix lived up to the success of the first one. Some of the finest moments of my career have been playing Breakbeat. I feel that’s what makes this genre of music so special. I have met some of the most amazing people and experienced incredible highlights in my career. Heavyweight Breaks 2020 is a snapshot of the hottest bass fuelled breaks released over the past 12 months mixed by myself Skool of Thought.

Those of you who have been following me will know I released the first Heavyweight Breaks mix CD on SuperCharged back in 2002. The approach for that mix then is the same now - 10 extremely carefully selected tracks which showcase the very best of the scene. 

The trick for me has always been to select tracks that are bass-heavy without being tear-out and uplifting without being cheesy.
