After watching Rudolph, and seeing the little elf whom wanted to be a dentist, get thrown away to the misfits....I grabbed my guitar and wrote this...Musicians are a strange lot.

The Reign Child

It takes a thought, to replace a thought.
Depression has legs, arms and a mouth.
It walks with you everywhere you go.
It talks to you every second of the day.
There is a way out of the rabbit hole, but it requires you to do something...after all, you are "doing" something by entertaining the thoughts it is offering you.
Depression draws attention to self...YOU are not good enough, YOU are the one who's wrong, YOU will never amount to nothing, YOU have never had nothing, YOU always get the short end of the stick...YOU,YOU,YOU.....There is freedom...stop thinking those thoughts...put reminders everywhere if you have to ( lil sticky notes ). To stop thinking bad thoughts and REPLACE them with good thoughts, happy thoughts...as a man thinks, so shall he be....RESIST everyday, every hr, every minute, and soon you will find it gone from you. We can get to a place to where we find a strange comfort in being depressed. It's make us almost feel safe to be there...That's  the lie...Don't buy into it...take a stand and fight back with saying NO i wont think on these things anymore...and change your thought pattern to Godly, good , honest, and funny things...laugh at it and victory will come. That heavy feeling on your chest  will go away. The shackles on your mind will break...I KNOW...I've been there...and won..you can too...The Lord loves us and wants to help us in every aspect of life...even if you are not a believer, this will work for you.

No Sign of Life

NEW  DAY

I sometimes feel like I'm on my own planet. But, I'm not. I'm here with everyone else. We are all on this Blue Bubble for life. Lets try and help each other make it. We are all the same. There is nothing we have done that has not been done. There is no struggle that others have been through and made it out...We can do this. Everyone has something they look too, even if its themselves. I look the the God who made us all in all for help and He has NEVER let me down. To leave the body is not defeat, but victory.
