In Qigong and  Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), it is often said that: The mind leads the Qi. Where the mind goes, Qi goes. Yi tao- Qi tao. In other words, when you focus your mind in a skillful way, it’s possible to transform your internal energy state and experience elevated states of consciousness. 

And that’s what we are about to do. Once you learn this skill, you will always have it. The best part is that you can do this all on your own without relying on outside help.

As our tradition here at Path with Harmony, after every practice session, we bow to our teachers, our teacher's teachers, and the teacher within. And in so doing, today, we are bowing to Lee Holden, who taught me this meditation. 🙏🏽
