The foundation of Biscuit Reality dates back in history to two workmates both with a solid background in food manufacture. After sharing the same office for almost a decade at a legendary confectionery manufacturer, they suddenly realised they had something curious in common. Not only did they walk around the same bit of carpet every day, they also seemed to share a secret obsession for biscuit production. Satisfying their passion and hunger for biscuits soon made them one of the most talked-about workers at the company, which they put down to hard work, others to stealing biscuits from the company warehouse. After being made redundant - a direct result to a scandalous incident involving excessive consumption of alcohol, drugs, and biscuits - they took yet another step towards the creation of Biscuit Reality. Getting left by their wives enabled them to contemplate the idea of sharing a flat, which completed the ingredient-list to launching their own biscuit manufacturing business from their flatshare. Unfortunately though, due to financial issues and the fact that they had no technical equipment other than a personal computer, they decided to get into music-making instead.
    
To their own amazement, they soon found their tunes picked up by labels like  Mothership, Resopal Schallware, Chi Recordings, ... check back here for new pieces of biscuits!

Este 2023 lanzara su primer álbum titulado "Un Mundo Feliz" compuesto por 8 tracks originales y un remix que abordan temas sociales a traves de sonidos, ritmos, samples y sintetizadores que te harán bailar.

It was at the tender age of 5 years old that Joey first heard a pop, snap and a crackle and decided this should be the soundtrack to the rest of his life. Once the Rice Crispies had gone soggy he progressed onto snappier, cracklier, but much less popular sounds. He was to become a serial house head.

Fed on a diet of Mike Oldfield, Vangelis and Jean Michel Jarre (No, he’s not that old, but in typical DJ bio style his mum was dead in to it!), he became chubby on synthpop and Oxygene became his oxygen.  As he progressed into teenage years, puberty craved energy and house music was gradually becoming his haute cuisine; initially with the 140bpm sounds of Paul Glazby, The Tidy Boys and Vicious Circle.  He spent most of his early teens praying for the facial hair to grow and the baby face to go just so he could get in to a Tidy Weekender.  Fortunately as the years did go by his taste mellowed, his ears stopped bleeding and ringing and slower, deeper house sounds were beginning to push his goosebumps outwards .   

Fast forward to his 20s and Joey has been honing his skills as a DJ. Putting out monthly mixtapes and getting huge plaudits for his raw passion and bottomless tune knowledge, he is gradually rising up the ladder.  His energy in the DJ booth is surpassed only by his drive to give people the same joy he has for house. With productions on the way, a track already signed and many more to come, the future couldn’t come soon enough.

Respected dj’s, worldwide music media & retailers have all been deeply impressed by the quality & vision transported by the label founded in spring 2009 by Dairmount & Anja Knupper in Hamburg. The label’s ethic is aiming to get back to timeless “emotional content” club music with a futuristic flair, while breaking the pattern of “functionality” that club music too often slips into these days. Room With A View presents a subtle mixture of House & Techno with a twist of freshness & Detroit influences. 

It is quite a little performance to invite a large range of dj’s to enjoy the same sound these days : Techno mammoths such as Carl Craig, Laurent Garnier, Ritchie Hawtin, Dubfire or Dj Hell, Deep House heavyweights such as Jimpster, Dj Deep, Manuel Tur or Brothers Vibe, Tech House masters such as Steve Bug, MANDY or Joris Voorn, Leftfield wizards such as Lawrence, Peter Kruder, Jazzanova or dj legends such as Danny Krivit or Francois K have all embraced the sound of the label with real enthusiasm…
