The Khoinix Records album titled 'Fire in the Sky' amalgamates the haunting, cinematic elements that defined Ubre Blanca's previous work with their more recent emphasis on the dancefloor, thereby pushing the boundaries of the dark disco sound that the band has become renowned for. Throughout the album, you'll find a diverse array of influences, such as the techno vibes of 'Heatseeker,' the EBM energy of 'Prison Acid,' and the nostalgic echoes of 90s trance in 'Purity Spiral.' 

The unmistakable influence of John Carpenter can be discerned in both the title track and 'Stress Positions.' Notably, 'Stress Positions' is a dark, yet surprisingly danceable composition in a 6/4 time signature, making innovative use of the Roland GR-500 synth guitar while introducing the bass guitar for the first time in Ubre Blanca's discography.

One of the compilations of 2023 Curses' Next Wave Acid Punx DEUX saw the Berlin-based Musician and DJ explore the darker side of club music. Bringing together 49 tracks that joined the dots between early industrial pioneers, EBM legends and post-punk bands with some of the most exciting artists around today this was a celebration of the kind of raw electronic music best performed live in smoke filled clubs.

BITE is the Berlin-based techno label co-founded by Hayden Payne (aka Phase Fatale) in 2018. Beginning with the debut collaborative EP by Silent Servant & Phase Fatale, the label aims to platform artists who operate outside the conventional preconceptions of techno and are united by an ambition to push the boundaries of electronic music.
