Sun-El’s ability has produced various songs for the Songbird Bucie’s (Shela, Indukenhle, Mid-night and Hard to get) .He also co-produced the award winning hit “Shela” which landed Bucie a Metro Fm award. He has produced for various artists among others Demor, Zakes Bantwini, Shota and Thiwe.

Musician, producer, DJ, and music enthusiast alike, Sun-El hails out of Mooiriver, KwaZulu Natal. When not performing, he spends his time in the studio creating his own music… aided by over a decade of working in studio and an upbringing in a very musically influenced home. Sun El ended up with quite a mixed spectrum of musical influence. Today, this translates into sets where he picks apart and infuses together all the pieces of this music that he loves best: beautiful synth work, ethereal backdrops, brooding basslines, and occasional vocal hooks… all on top of a pronounced foot-shuffling house beat.

Having spent many years signed under Demor Music as a producer and Bucie's stage dj producing well known songs and playing both locally and international night clubs alongside local hard-hitters and national acts alike), Sun-El has overtime developed his signature sound. For him, it’s all about mood and a deep, hypnotic groove…producing and playing those tracks that get you tapping your feet and nodding your head without you realising it, regardless of genre, tempo, style.
