Sup ya’ll. Here’s my sunrise set that was recorded live at Burning Man 2025 on the golden Gate artcar on Wednesday through to Thursday morning. This was one of my most special moments of the whole week at the burn. Thanks to all who came to support. As always this set is completely improvise except this time not much/any sleep was had. JONNY WILD Sunrise Set - Live On The Golden Gate Art Car - Burning Man 2025

Hot out of the dust from Burning Man comes this set of heaters from Mindshark camp located at 4:30 & Esplanade! A short hop down the road from my camp, BRC Snow Club, this set was super fun as I got to gradually increase the pace and energy as the night went on. Plus it was a 90-minute set, which you don't usually get out there in such a prime location!

This one was special as I was invited to play by Ashoat and Jocelyn, whose spectacular Whistler wedding I performed at back in February this year. Ashoat discovered me at Burning Man last year when I was playing on Airpusher on Friday night (that set is also on my Soundcloud) and I couldn't say no to playing the wedding after hearing his and Jocelyn's story (it includes a first date skiing at Whistler, many burns together, both of them also DJ, and he proposed in the Alaskan backcountry! C'mon now! 😍).

Thank you to Ashoat, Jocelyn, and the entire Mindshark team for having me! This was a blast and I hope you enjoy listening to it as much as I enjoyed playing!

Writer by day, DJ by night. I'm Eddie Rios aka Black Panda. An Oakland-based DJ and producer with a deep appreciation for all things house, especially afro, deep, melodic, progressive, and classic. Co-lead of the BIPOC Beats Collective, a group of BIPOC Burners who want to diversify musical spaces on and off playa. I've also joined DJ/producer Justin Jay's production bootcamp for 2023-2024. 

Music builds an emotional connection and creates a connective tissue between mind, body, and soul. I'm hoping to make every moment memorable.
