As a newcomer to the scene, Maksim is a young techno DJ from Cleveland, Ohio. Learning to spin in 2020 with extra time on his hands during the Covid-19 isolation period, he finds himself in love with techno music. He was then quickly picked up by Mom’s Bassment and given a platform to showcase his skills. Playing anything that will release emotion and give you a feeling, Maksim delivers energetically driven techno that pounds your soul, groovy beats that warm your heart to ethereal vibrations that twist your brain. After hearing his set, you'll realize... maksim. is a name you won't soon forget.

Ontal is the collaborative project from Boris Noiz and Darko Kolar, both hailing from Serbia. Focusing on the bleakest, blackest apocalyptic techno and grinding mechanoid rhythms, calm joyful rapture over the sound of burning cities and scorched wastelands. Formed in November 2011 and influenced by numerous music genres, their sound can be described as an uncompromising, hard and intense assault. Léa Occhi é uma DJ de Techno francesa radicada em Berlim, co-fundadora e residente do Spectrum em Paris.
 
Inspirada pela cultura berlinense e pela comunidade LGBT, Léa sabe como fazer as pessoas dançarem. Sua música sempre oscila entre techno rítmico e linhas profundas.
Em 2018, tocou nas melhores festas de Paris e lugares famosos como Concrete, La Machine Du Moulin Rouge, Wanderlust, Le Gibus. Griessmühle, TRESOR e em breve o Blank. Ela também dividiu o estande ao lado de grandes artistas como Courtesy, Kas: st, Charles Fenkler, AWB, Kobosil, Nihad Tule e muitos outros.
 
Apaixonada, ela está fazendo agora seu início em Berlim, onde começa a produzir.

Léa Occhi is a French Techno DJ based in Berlin, co-founder and resident of the Spectrum in Paris. 
 
Inspired by the Berliner culture and the LGBT community, Léa definitely know how to make the people dance. Her music always oscillates between rhythmic techno and deep bass lines.  
In 2018, you could see her playing at the wildest parties of Paris. She has been playing in famous places like Concrete, La Machine du Moulin Rouge, Wanderlust, Le Gibus or Griessmühle, TRESOR and soon About Blank. She also shared the booth alongside great artists such as Courtesy, December, Kas:st, Charles Fenkler, AWB, Kobosil, Nihad Tule and many others.
 
Passionate, she’s making now her beginnings in Berlin, where she starts producing.

Léa Occhi est une jeune artiste parisienne basée à Berlin à l'origine du collectif SPECTRUM. Autodidacte et amoureuse de la musique électronique depuis ses années lycée, elle apprend à mixer seule et entre amis en parallèle de ses cours de mode.  
 
Fortement inspirée par la culture berlinoise et la communauté LGBT, ses sets oscillent entre une techno brutale, puissante, rythmée et envoûtante. Son but ? Arrêter le temps. 
 
Vous avez pu découvrir son univers dans les soirées les plus folles et libérées de la capitale (Possession, La Toilette, Péripate, Trou aux biches, Fée Croquer) et dans des lieux emblématiques comme Concrète, La Machine du Moulin Rouge, Le Griessmühle, le TRESOR Berlin et prochainement About Blank! Elle a également partagé le booth aux côtés d’artistes tels que Courtesy, December, Charles Fenkler, AWB, Kas:st, Kobosil, Nihad Tule et bien d’autres…
 
 Elle fait maintenant ses débuts à Berlin où elle s’initie à la production. Elle nous réserve encore bien des surprises

Léa Occhi - @Tracks Insanas Podcast 007 - [France]

In our 107th episode of Abaddon podcast we are pleased to host Rommek. 

As a recently emerging artist, Rommek has shown promising developments in his own sound, as well as carving his way into the current techno scene. His extensive interest in sound design is crafted within the dense atmospheres, heavy textured drums and dynamic tones found within his productions.

The London based producer released his debut 'Thought Patterns EP' on Weekend Circuit in 2014. This helped to establish his position on the map. Since then, various releases on Leyla, Dyad or Sontag Morgen have proven his wide appeal through the combination of the energetic, gritty UK sound combined with moody and deeper aspects.

In 2016, Rommek joined the seminal Blueprint Records, with his EP ‘Moth Hole’, plus contributed to the 20 years ‘Structures and Solutions’ compilation. From this he gained a wide range of noteworthy support and became established within the blueprint family. Following up with his second solo EP, Arcane; he experimented with new sound pallets and continued to push his creativity, whilst exploring new depths. Continuing to work alongside the label, in 2018 Rommek completed his most establish work to date, the ‘Set In Stone Trilogy’. The three part release compromises of two EP’s of original productions that incorporate ambient electronics, broken rhythms, and tightly controlled distortion. The third release of the series consists of remixes from key members of the Blueprint team, James Ruskin, OVR, Broken English Club and Makaton.

During 2018, Torn Relics, the experimental prokect between Rommek + Aimee Mullen was formed. The body of their work is a mixture of cyber-punk electronics with tribalistic rhythms and tones. Together, they combine a range of classical and electronic instruments to create a rich and twisted sound pallet. Their debut EP, The Poisoned Chalice, is released on Sacred Court and includes a remix by label owner SNTS. From this, it’s clear that Rommek is driven to continue expanding his capability’s and keep things moving forward.
