singer-songwriter,record engineer,graphic designer,Cheena Black is a hip-hop rnb soul singer from 

the from the streets of brooklyn singing since the age of 5 at the age of 9 1991 Cheena Black 

mother(Maria Hernandez)and grandmother(Felicidad Maldonado)decided to enroll her in dancing 

school in(RIDGWOOD DANCE STUDIO)queens new york.Cheena Black was a hip-hop,jazz,tap dancer 

she became one of the best in her early age.She did performances.in Rockaway Beach Channel.she 

performed in street festival.In new york city up to the age of 13.Cheena went from dancing to 

singing to exercise her pain threw the lost of her grandmother While she was in FRANKLEN 

K.LANE HIGH SCHOOL.She created a girls group by the name of the"CHOSEN ONES"inspired by girl 

groups like SWV,EN VOGUE,XSCAPE threw out the four years of cheena being in a group member 

she did talent shows.They also did performances at club speed in NEW YORK CITY.Cheena Black 

graduated from FRANKLEN K.LANE HIGH SCHOOL the group fell apart and then she focused on 

her solo career in 2000.

Cheena Black  then joined in the BROOKLYN ZOO OF THE WUTANG FAMILY in 2006, 2012 she did features work with Divine Records which featured other 

well known artists like Dmx,Grand Puba,E-Smooth.and her Single "Recreational user"Feat.Kid 

Spring & Stae Fly Written by Gary Jinkins Produced by ATG & Savage Beats Entertainment.Also 

she was Featured on a single called "pillow talk".Cheena Black was Featured in a promo video 

with featured Artist Like Wutang Harlem 6,Grand puba,E-Smooth.

on FEBRUARY 25,2012 in White Plains new york Ralph Mc. Daniel from video music boxs interviewed cheena black asking her question about her new mixtape. that she featured on rhythm & bling vol1. then she release her mixtape PINK SAGA VOL1 in APRIL 04,2012. after this she started working on her mixtape called "BLACK 2 THE FUTURE"to introduces her new album called LOVE LIFE AND STRUGGLE for her independent label called BLACK MONROW MUSIC RECORD during the making of this album Cheena Black linked up with HELLRAZAH

I had really only used this for sharing the odd song or 2, but since it seems to be the main place for a lot of people, i figured id setup my profile here too.
