Marble Zone

This is my arrangement of the Mount Wario theme, taken from the soundtrack of Mario Kart 8 on Wii U, and originally composed by Shiho Fujii, Atsuko Asahi, Ryo Nagamatsu, and Yasuaki Iwata for Nintendo. This is my favorite from the entire OST, it's magnificently set up as a multi-parts race backing song, and has this speed vibe that pumps you up !

I had the great pleasure to work with 3 other musicians on this one : I first asked Matthew Mukerjee, from Tetrimino if I was okay to play bass, and we quickly discussed adding more live instruments, namely violin, which would be played by Michaela Nachtigall, also from Tetrimino, and brass, by Marc Papeghin ! On the mastering side, this time I left the song into the hands of one of my local friends, who runs Studio Karma in Marseilles. The project took a few months to reach total completion, but heck it was worth it. Enjoy !

After the positive reception for my Booette Concept Theme, I decided to continue on my ventures to create another theme. This time, it's for the popular character, Bowsette.

Again, I went with the UNIEL-esque approach, and so far, I think it's one of my better mixes compared to my Nash Remix I did 3 years ago.
