Hot on the heels of the 20th Anniversary pressing of Slow Motion Process and his n5MD double-headers Cloudwalker and Deux Novellas, all wildly different works of ambient-downtempo mood shifts, Martin Haidinger aka Gimmik stops by for another Bleep exclusive mix loaded with motorcade propulsions and a grab-bag of dancefloor-animating productions. We quickly zoom into a world of vintage electro machine funk from Multiplex and Newcleus, stopping off for some classic drum machine hip-hop from Nairobi. We later look further into the future with techno from Moderat and a pair of shimmer-skittering beats and drones courtesy of Gimmik himself.

Patricia Wolf is a musician, sound designer, and curator residing in Portland, Oregon. Wolf uses electronics, voice, and field recordings to produce non-linear compositions that draw listeners to a hypnotic inner world. Her use of melody and repetition manipulate the listeners' perception of time, conjuring vivid textures, and atmospheres.

This is a special exclusive mix made by Patricia Wolf for Sharlese's 10-17-21 Expansions show on KEXP radio in Seattle.
