Currently based in Valencia, Spain, his story begins in his native island of Puerto Rico at an early age, with an intangible love for music, later on transforming into the desire of making his own. With a combination of organic percussion, analog & digital synthesizers, live instruments, and influences ranging from Reggae, to Jazz, to Puerto Rican "Bomba & Plena"; he is able to create a sonic concoction of sophisticated harmonies & funky bass lines with captivating grooves that shake the dance floor. Add his clean, story telling approach to DJing and Ian Cahill has become a force to be reckoned with.
