A performing singer/songwriter based in Oregon, Jeff Kloetzel's music is driven by his soulful vocals and rhythmic guitar work.  His latest CD is "Long Time Coming" (2014) is available at www.cdbaby.com/cd/jeffkloetzel.  

With deft sound-shaping by co-producer/engineer Bret Levick, the songs on the project were brought to life pretty close to what Jeff heard in his head – and then beyond.  The able assistance of several fine studio/performing musicians (Levick, Jeff Pevar, Don Harriss, Jeff Stanley, Bob Evoniuk, Matthew Kriemelman and others) from a talent-rich Southern Oregon community adds texture, spice and spark to the 12 new tunes.  Jeff’s rich vocals and rhythmic acoustic guitar work lead the music through diverse genres, from modern folk-pop to soul, country-tinged rock to Americana and simple singer-songwriter material.  Lyrics speak of a life fully-lived with love, loss, longing and loneliness, and also journeys, jokes and joy.  The song arrangements vary from full-throttle band numbers to stripped-down, mellow acoustic tracks. There should be something for everyone on this CD!
