VORPAL is an official representative of Australia's industry-leading tech label, Stone Seed, as well as an honourable resident DJ at Sydney's reigning underground techno event, Church of Techno. He released his debut compilation ‘Mydrasis’ through Stone Seed, injecting style and concept into the fibres of his home label, which was met with great international recognition. Having concluded his first European tour in 2023 including some notable events such as Modem Festival (Croatia), Masters of Puppets (Czech) and the iconic Hammahalle at Sisyphos Club (Berlin), 2024 officially marks the next chapter of his career further expanding into the international realm. He continues to focus on producing music, honing his sound and travelling the world playing music. Long term Label DJ Vorpal returns to the Stone Seed radiOzora series off the back of an enormous touring season through Europe, Australia and New Zealand in 2023.

On The Way To Ozora 2024 is also SOME1, a new project by Anton Maiko, better known for his alias Mindwave. In this project, Anton decided to expand his musical journey by experimenting and creating something different and fresh. The combination of deep fat bass, his well-known signature atmospheric sound, and the ability to create a story in each track, is what makes SOME1 a cutting-edge Psychedelic Trance project. His first release as SOME1 – Dragonfly EP, was released in 2019 on Iono Music and received immediate attention across the world. After a few more releases, the debut album “Delicate Vibration” was released on Iono Music in 2020. The album hit waves and SOME1 became one of the most interesting acts in the Psytrance scene.

The Esoteric Festival in Victoria was undeniably a highlight of my Australia Tour 2024. Extraordinary people and excellent vibes made this gathering truly captivating. I'm still struck by the welcoming atmosphere and the Bushtechno stage, which elevated the experience to new heights.

After a lengthy hiatus I've decided to bring these mixes back. I just have too much good music that I want to share. I'm also launching a new Instagram account to post some music related content. @deepresmusic

As for the mix! I started out with some good ol' long lost Flako then get bouncy for a few minutes before the mix diverts to an hour or so of some chilled out music that I've been really feelin lately.
