IRORICOMP001 is the first in a series of mini-compilations from irOri music. Contrary to the current trend of 20+ track comps, we feel that keeping the track count low allows us to maintain a regular release schedule and top-shelf quality control. For our initial blast, Professor Izzm curated a very fine selection of tracks from some close friends around the world, including Mexico, Argentina, Costa Rica and Japan. These tracks have a funky, brightly twisted vibe, with just a hint of melody dissolving into pure psychedelic chaos. With the winter at the door, the forest is woven with fresh air and the fragrance of pines, and icycles are drizzling with crystal clear dew. Gail is ready for the holiday season, as he has been visiting all the mountain neighbours in their caves and he filled his sack with more goodies than we can imagine. Some of them he decided to keep for himself, as to keep him entertained and busy during the coming chilly days, but some of them he packed carefully to share with all of us.

We at Forestdelic have received a whole pile of gift packs at our address this morning, and had the pleasure to try them out for ourselves first, and we can tell you, Gail made a compilation of the best of the best sounds the cave dwellers produced lately. As we’re still dancing to all of them repeatedly, we’re obliged by him to also share them free of charge with all of you, so feast your ears and treat your feet to a stomping holiday season!

Blisargon Demogorgon real name is Valentino Trenchev and he’s from Macedonia, born in the year of 1982 in the capital city Skopje. In the year of 1999 Valentino started to produce his own tracks, and he started out with Fruityloops. Valentino didn’t seem to find the right power in order to express what was going on in his mind, and turned his mind to Mod plug tracker, Cubase, Logic and finally decided to stick with Cubase. Valentino’s first track got released in 2003 on Nabi records and also after he released many tracks in compilations on labels like Stone age, Ketuh, Doof, Alkaloid, Golden dawn, Peak, Kagdila, Acidance, Manic dragon, Hypnotica, Digital Psionics, Bhooteshwara, Plutonic, Killah Tea, Pixan, Shaman Films, Pleiadian, Zaikadelic, Psylife, Divine Balance, Samsara, Goanmantra, Tremors Underground, Mental Mekanix, Evil Knivel, Purple Hexagon, 2to6, Caffix, Blitz Studio, Urban Antidote, Shiva Squad, Triptec and two albums were released one by Inpsyde media records in 2007 called ”Book of Magic” and one collaborations album released by Bhooteshwara records in 2010 called ”Ruthless Illusions”.The music that streams out of this project is generally deep and powerful with a lot of leads and rhythms supported by mystic atmospheres.
