As long as we are balanced inside in love and trust, negative forces cannot hurt us. The "System" (Matrix) knows this and therefore it will try to impose on us various negative thought-structures such as fear, arrogance, greed, and doubt. It is important to understand how the negativity works and how to protect yourself against it, and of course the angels will help us as well.

In the beginning, only observe, how your body breathes: effortlessly…. Visualize, that with each inhalation is coming into your body also light and energy. Breathe in, and you inhale a divine love. Breathe out, and you exhale the fears and tensions. Whenever disturbing thoughts come to you, concentrate again on your breathing. With every word I say, you dive deeper and deeper into the space of your subconsciousness. You are the love, gratitude, and trust.

*Now imagine that you not only inhale with your nose but that you also inhale through your hands. Imagine how with every inhalation the energy flows through your hands into your body, like water. While inhaling, this prana energy flows effortlessly through your hands up through the arms into the shoulders. While exhaling, it flows down into your lower abdomen, in the hara center. The prana energy accumulates in the lower abdomen, in the second chakra, which is under the belly button approximately in the length of 3 fingers. When the energy fills this second chakra, then it rises slowly through your spine into the center of your brain. At the beginning, this will be just visualization. Later, you will feel it physically.

This way, we will breathe separately before we start the work with every essence/entity. This means first we accumulate the energy in hara, then we move into the center of the brain and then we start our work from there. After the work is done, we will return to the breathing. 

*The process of energy breathing lasts approximately 1 minute.

Shield Your Energy: Energetic Protection & Guided Meditation by Abi Beri

Protection meditation

Listen to this meditation by Steve Ahnael Nobel which creates three energy shields around your own energy bodies. These shields help clear and protect you as you go about your day. 

This meditation creates a triple shield around your own energy fields. 
The first shield is brilliant platinum white that comes from the crystalline core of the earth. Many individuals have problems because they connect to various leylines or energy grids in the earth that are actually not that helpful anymore. The crystalline core of the earth is the ascending force that is guiding the ascension process of the planet. This is the only place you should ground in the earth. Gaia will help repair any minor tears in the energy fields and clear any lower thought forms. 

The second shield is golden yellow and comes from the Stargate at the core of our sun. Many high frequencies are impacting the earth from the solar Stargate. When we connect to the core of the earth and the core of the sun we are opening the Solar-Gaia circuit which is a very protective energy circuit. With this second shield comes a declaration to close any lower astral openings in your energy fields. It will also help to clear any entities in your field. 

The third shield comes from our Higher Self and is electric blue. In this phase of the process we will ask for a symbol of protection from your HS. Classic protection symbols are the pentacle, the 8-pointed star, the ankh, an equilateral Celtic cross, the Om symbol. However, you may receive something very different that is specific to your energetic requirements. With this shield comes an axiotonal alignment from your Higher Self which brings all your energy fields back into proper alignment with your physical body. 

Triple Shield Energy Protection Meditation

This is a quick meditation method to close, seal and protect your energy fields. This method should be practiced often so that when the time comes for protection you are well-versed in this method. After the meditation you can remove the protection or keep it on as required. 

Begin by facing the North: Invoke Archangel Uriel before you with the symbol of a golden pentacle surrounded by flaming Ruby Red Fire. 
Invoke Archangel Raphael to your right and protective emerald green fire. 
Invoke Archangel Michael at your back with the protective sword of light. 
Invoke Archangel Gabriel to your left and summon Diamond White Fire washing through you, cleansing all shadows. 
Invoke Archangel Metatron and Archangel Sandalphon. All chakras are opened and then closed and sealed. 
Archangel Uriel projects a symbol of golden pentacle with flaming ruby red fire protecting each chakra (front and back). 
Then Archangel Sandalphon wraps a cloak of dark velvet blue around you, around your head, throat, torso and legs.
