Known for live sets that blend genres with ease, Nobels moves between progressive, afro house, indie dance, and other shades of techno and house — always guided by energy, connection, and groove.

A spontaneous moment behind the decks became the start of his journey — one driven by love, friendship, and the shared pulse of sound.

Darkvoice: Techno with a Soul

Hailing from Amsterdam, Darkvoice is the brainchild of Mark Lupker, a lifelong music lover and producer. Inspired by the likes of Underworld, Darkvoice's sound is a blend of dark techno, ambient, and experimental beats, with a focus on raw emotion and personal expression.

Driven by passion and loss

After the death of his father in 1997, Mark turned to music as a way to cope with his grief. Experimenting with voice-based music, he created two concept albums exploring themes of loss, love, and finding balance in life.

A labor of love

For over 25 years, Mark has honed his craft, refining his sound and developing his own unique style. In 2022, he released his debut album, "Positive Buoyancy," a culmination of his journey as a musician.

More than just music

Darkvoice is not just about the music. Mark's live sets are a fully immersive experience, featuring mesmerizing visuals and live vocal performances. He takes the audience on a journey through his own personal experiences, exploring the depths of human emotion.
