Welcome to yet another hypnotic experience, in this case by the great https://soundcloud.com/mateohurtadomusic.

Mateo Hurtado creates hypnotic techno and experimental music. Inspired by the surrealist movement, obscure symbolism and ritualistic incantations, his music seeks to invoke the hidden, impossible images buried in the unconscious.

Be it as a DJ or live performer, his intuitive approach seeks to overcome conventional boundaries of the genre, sending the listener on an ever spiralling journey through polyrhythmic drumwork imbued with otherworldly melodies and dronelike, shifting atmospheric soundscapes.

He has released on labels like Annulled Music, Secuencias Temporales, Space Drum Meditation and Accents Records among others.

DeniZ ist eine in Deutschland ansässige DJ für elektronische Musik mit türkischen, russischen und deutschen Wurzeln. Ihr Name ist ein türkischer Unisex-Name, der übersetzt “das Meer” bedeutet 🌊.
Seit 2018 klammert sich die authentische und energiegeladene DJ an ihre Mission und bevorstehenden Gigs; sie hängt sich auch leidenschaftlich an ihre Track-Auswahl. Ihre Vision ist es die Subkultur durch ihren individuellen und vielfältigen Sound, inspiriert durch die Symbiose vieler unterschiedlichen Kunstschaffenden, mit dem sie ihre Werte und ihre Begeisterung für elektronische Musik zum Ausdruck bringt, noch facettenreicher zu gestalten. Sie liebt es ihren Lieblingssound zu spielen; dieser ist definitiv schnell, atmosphärisch und natürlich basslastig.  DeniZ tanzte und unterrichtete eine sehr lange Zeit Hip-Hop. Schließlich lautet ihr Lebensmotto: „Tanzen ist Träumen mit dem ganzen Körper…".
Mit den ~SIRENS~ Events und dem Label organisierte und veranstaltete sie eine Zeit lang auch ihre eigene Event-Reihe. DeniZ fokussiert sich nun selbstständig auf ihre zukünftigen Gigs.
Auf diesen magischen Reisen möchte sie ihre Zuhörer mit sich ziehen - immer und immer wieder und die Feiermeute in eine Welt voller Energie, Freiheit und Harmonie entführen. Mit ihrem Dasein verkörpert sie Leidenschaft und Diversität pur!  Deniz wächst mit ihren Missionen und ihrer bedingungslosen Liebe zur Musik und der Clubkultur.

1. Wie lange legst Du nun schon auf und wie hast Du es gelernt?
 
D: Seit 2018. Angeeignet durch „learning by doing“.

2. Gibt es ein bestimmtes Event oder Moment, an das/den Du Dich gerne zurückerinnerst?
 
D: Die SIRENS-Eventreihe, welche ich für eine gewisse Zeit mitorganisiert und veranstaltet habe.
 
3. Was wünschst Du Dir, sollte in der Clubszene .anders laufen?
 
D: Weniger Gruppenbildung sowie ein tieferes Bewusstsein in Bezug auf die Werte und Gleichstellung innerhalb der Clubszene.
 
4. Wie würdest Du Deinen Sound beschreiben?
 
D: Experimentierfreudiger, atmosphärisch treibender Techno gepaart von energievollen Bässen.
 
5. Was liegt Dir neben dem Auflegen noch sehr am Herzen?

D: Tanz- und Bewegungstherapie; unsere mentale und körperliche Gesundheit sowie unser Wohlbefinden stehen an allererster Stelle.

6. Wenn Du ein Wort wärst, welches wäre das?

D: Meereswelle

7. Musik machen bedeutet für Dich …?
 
D: Leidenschaft und bedingungslos Liebe teilen. Musik machen wirkt auf mich sehr motivierend, spendet Trost, hilft, den Alltag hinter sich zu lassen und mich zugleich künstlerisch mit meinem ganzen inneren Erleben auszudrücken. Für mich also definitiv eine Lebenseinstellung.

8. Hast Du bestimmte Pläne, Ziele, von denen Du uns erzählen möchtest?
 
D: Mich auf vielen verschiedenen Ebenen noch intensiver mit der Musik zu verbinden und weiterzuentwickeln.

Hejjj peeps, introducing Wataru Wanlak – producer, DJ, promoter, and multi-instrumentalist based in Tokyo.

With roots in a musical family and over a decade of experience as a guitarist, bassist, and drummer, Wataru’s journey led from progressive rock into electronic music, shaped by influences like Kraftwerk, Tangerine Dream, Ben Klock, and Marcel Dettmann.

He started as a vinyl DJ in Tokyo and spent six years in Bangkok, playing clubs, fashion events, and private parties. There, he launched INSTINCT, a forward-thinking party series blending techno-house and experimental sounds with artists like Beam Wong and Sweed.

Now back in Tokyo, he continues to push the local scene and connects Japanese artists to international stages. He’s also set to release music with us at MondayDelay, further deepening the connection between Tokyo and the global underground.

Where tradition meets futurism, sound becomes storytelling.
